I hate this establishment more than anything in the entire world. I’ve been to other giant eagles and other grocery store chains, and this is by far the worst location in the world. The store layout is the most complicated setup I’ve ever seen. The aisles are so narrow and cluttered with pop up displays that take up more limited aisle spaces.
Today was the cherry on top, and the last straw for this location. The employees are either young high school/college kids that are lazy or old technology deficient people. I was given a printed out electronic gift card, and two employees tried to claim that you can’t use them in store because you “need the physical card” and how “hundreds” of these cards could be printed out and handed to hundreds of people. Which is not how gift cards works, nor how these work. They refused to enter the card/PIN number but told me I could use it online. The disclaimer on the gift card stated you could use it at any giant eagle chain locations, not limited to a specific store or online/in person.
These people were just lazy and incompetent.

Alexandra Sams is a floral department employee who feels the need to use the N word to get her point across. Unacceptable staffing I will not return to a racist business. These are public photos I found on a post of the person she attacked. Please fire your bad apples, they spoil the entire bunch.

I was allowed in the store without a mask, shopped for AN ENTIRE HOUR, then when checking out was harassed and embarrassed by three men who work there, and appeared to be management. I informed them I have a medical condition which kept me from doing so. They didn’t care. I finished checking out and left as quick as I could. I am waiting to contact corporate. I have also come to know they are in a lawsuit now with other customers that were treated like crap because they could wear face masks due to medical conditions. Absolutely disgusting treatment of your patrons over something that isn’t even legal!! Will NEVER shop here again.

Western union staffs are so unprofessional. For a year, I have been cashing out money to pay my tuition and today I didn’t have my State ID so I decided to use my international driver permit instead that had all my identification in it. Then the lady started looking at it in a weird and stepped away to talk to her coworker and when she came back she told me I CANT CASH YOU OUT BECAUSE WE RAN OUT OF MONEY. So I drove home without picking up my tuition money. Thats so annoying
