On 9/24/24 I had a scheduled appointment with Mike@11:30am and trouble shot a problem with my lift chair bought 3yrs ago.Mike arrived @9:30 which helped me out alot.In 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. To top it off Mike didn't charge me anything. What a Great guy & COMPANY. Howard Friedman
