My father passed away a few weeks ago and my mother went in to deal with their account and they were so horrendously rude to her that she called me in tears afterwords. No one even offered condolences. I'm switching banks; honestly I am appalled at the complete lack of empathy from the so-called humans they employ here.

Still filthy and rude. I was told by the bank that it is the city's responsibility to clean the sidewalk and curb because they are city owned. Guess what Pittsburgh? No need to shovel your snow or clean in front of your home. City is doing it now.
