My father passed away a few weeks ago and my mother went in to deal with their account and they were so horrendously rude to her that she called me in tears afterwords. No one even offered condolences. I'm switching banks; honestly I am appalled at the complete lack of empathy from the so-called humans they employ here.

This isn't my main branch but the staff here are sweet and very helpful. A real small town feel. Love it.
