We had a great experience with Bernard at the Plum office! I think the best part was how he explained every step, including showing us his tablet with each test value and scan. Made us feel that there weren't going to be any hidden charges or anything made up to decrease the value. We got a better price than I expected. We would definitely use this again instead of trading in.
