I would not recommend this Walgreens or any Walgreens for that matter because Walgreens does not value their customers. I went to this Walgreens to purchase a "Get Well" card for a friend. When I went to the counter to purchase the card, the associate by the name of Robbin did not greet me as associates should greet their customers. She was rude and discourteous. I contacted the corporate office who in turn notified the general manager Melissa. Neither corporate or the manager did anything to address the issue or rectify the situation. Normally, when customers receive bad service, companies try to offer a resolution such as coupons, gift cards, or extra points on their rewards card, but Walgreens offered none of that. I currently have $15.39 Walgreens Cash Rewards from previous purchases. I'm going to use that $15.39 and be done with Walgreens. Walgreens does not care for their employees.

The bathroom here shows that Walgreens doesn’t care about their customers. The toilet paper would be better in a 3rd world country and the inside of the bathroom looks like a scene out of a horror movie.

Stopped in after work to try to pick up some COVID test kits ahead of the holidays. I was told that they do have test kits but couldn’t sell them to me because they can only be sold through the pharmacy and the pharmacy had already closed for the day. This is INSANE. You don’t need a prescription to get a test kit, so WHY would you make them only available through the pharmacy??? Refusing to sell test kits right before a major holiday during a global public health threat is grossly irresponsible and just absolutely unconscionable.After I left, I went to Rite Aid, which had test kits clearly available in a place where they could actually be purchased by potential customers. So I guess I’ll be doing all of my pharmacy shopping there from now on.

Racist pharmacist. Also, This location and the one on Library Rd are terrible. Keep giving me positive test results. I go to another location in my neighborhood a day later and the results are negative. Suspect.

Pharmacy is extremely slow, getting a prescription for my family member, it took them 30 minutes for getting insurance details.. I never faced this problem at any other pharmacy store. You won't receive even a call or message if prescription is ready. Not at all recommended

I made an appointment for a covid test. Went in for the test. Waited 72 hours. No results. Called the store for help. They referred me to Aegis Labs. Tried calling Aegis, no answer. Went on the patient portal which told me that Aegis did not receive my sample. Called Walgreens back and was told that it is out of their hands. Very disappointed that Walgreens doesn't take responsibility. Now I have to start over. Will take my business elsewhere.

Got a covid PCR test there Saturday. Was told 72 hours max turn around. Asked 3 times if the weekend counts, or if it's business hours only. Was assured 3 times that the weekend absolutely counts. Turns out it doesn't. As the same exact Walgreens explained to me when I called Tuesday. So I'm out a plane ticket.Also was told that they couldnt provide any record that I had the test done and paid for, despite filling out all of my details while booking the appointment on Walgreens.com.

Pharmacy is extremely slow, picked up medication for a family member through the drive-thru. Recieved a text message informing us it was ready for pick-up. We waited 30 minutes at the drive-thru for them to fill it. This is very unprofessional, not to mention the false text message we recieved aswell. Save your time and go elsewhere.

Arrived to purchase an EMERGENCY PRODUCT at 11:50PM. The front door was locked so I called the store to speak to an associate. The associate had started their car in the parking lot, and the secondary door was open (meaning the associate was clearly still in the store). I waited until 11:59PM, one minute before close, and the associate chose not to answer the phone. I was left unable to purchase the product I desperately needed due to employee negligence. Really unacceptable human behavior right there, especially for a pharmacy. Thanks.
