i had a wonderful experience with a female cashier the other morning. she was so friendly and we both chatted with another customer for a bit, which brightened my mood. i wish i got her name so i could submit a review to corporate about how great she was. i know they are overworked and underpaid there, so it really made my heart warm that she was still so positive and kind. walgreens — please pay your employees a liveable wage and hire more employees to ease their workload. they really are doing the best they can here, and i’ve never had any issues. i will continue to come here as long as i live in the area.

The cashier “Derrick” who rung up my order earlier this evening at around 5:30/6pm, was rude from the moment I said hello and asked him how he was doing (which I believe is part of the job as a cashier to greet the customers) but he just grumbled at me and didn’t say anything and started ringing up my stuff, whatever everyone has a bad day once in awhile, I didn’t think much of it. He rung up my order without saying anything until it was done and he gave me a ripped in half, muddy $5 dollar bill which I said I’d like different change he said very rudely he didn’t have any $5s left. I said that’s ok I have other cash I can exchange for, he said no the register was closed with an attitude. I said ok, and picked up a chapstick and said I’ll buy this chapstick then, he ignored me and loudly said next customer! He ignored me and moved onto another guy, I said I wanted to buy the chapstick, he ignored me again and took his time helping the guy he took when he choose to ignore me the first time. I waited until he was done and he had to ring me up, he goes to give me the change for the chapstick I had to buy and starts to give me quarters, I said I don’t want quarters and he loudly starts yelling at me saying “I already told you I don’t have change” I then looked over the counter into his change drawer to see and he has $1s and $5s in his change drawer. So he could have given me another $5 from the get go, He was just trying to be a di#k to me for no other reason but because he could today. I pointed out to him he does have singles and five dollar bills, he angrily throws the quarters and dollar bill on the counter as he continues to yell at me and try to embarrass me infront of other customers in the store, as if I’ve done something wrong to deserve the treatment he is giving me as a paying customer. As I left I said thanks Derrick I’ll make sure to call and leave a review online. And before I could even finish that sentence he had loudly yelled over me “well I’m the manager so good luck with that!” I honestly can’t fathom how a person who acts like that could be a manager of anything but at his ripe age you would think he would know how to treat people with common decency. Especially in a job setting. I’ve already been in contact with Walgreens corporate today and have my case number, I’ve also worked in a similar setting before as a cashier in a large company and I know how to treat people, and I know how to make sure corporate gets back to me on what happened today. Derrick you best believe I’ll be following through on this one, I want to make sure corporate sees this incident through because there is no reason for you to treat a customer the way you did today. To anyone besides Derrick still here and reading this, I wouldn’t come to this Walgreens unless it was an emergency. If you look through the other reviews I’m not the only person complaining about how rude the manager at this location is. I don’t know what made you so angry today Derrick but having a job is putting “those feelings” aside for the time you are working and you get the job done, if your too upset or angry to “deal” with people that day don’t go into work. Paying customers don’t deserve to be treated in such a horrible way just because your having a bad day. Hope things get better for you so you can stop putting your negativity onto other people just trying to make a quick purchase, there’s truly no reason for it.

What a joke. “Same Day” photo options aren’t actually same day. Apparently there are only people in training at the stores and no one knows how to do any of the photo services. But can anyone be bothered to reach out? Nah.
I went against my better judgment using Walgreens and honestly I should have just used shutterfly or something. Especially if it’s more than “same day”

Set up a flu shot appointment days in advance on line now 30 minutes past time with no even acknowledment of the the family even being here. Why set up appointments anyway then? After 40 minutes they are now saying that they do not have all of the vaccine for us even though we signed up days in advance

This store is constantly out of stock of medications. There is a pharmacist Allisson that is nasty and passive aggressive. She did not have my lidocaine prilocaine ointment for my chemo port. She refused to call other stores because she didn't have time. I had to call other pharmacies and have it called in from my doctor. I was given a mouthwash for pain she did not add sponges or cup. She does anything she can to prolong or cause me pain as if cancer is not enough. She walked away from me and went to the drive up window. She should be fired for not doing her job but she told me to take my prescriptions some where else. Walgreens must not need the money.

Laura G at the pharmacy put in extra efforts to make sure my vaccination works out. She’s really great.

This is the review for the pharmacy. If you’ve called a customer and didn’t get a response from the customer, WHY THE HECK WOULD YOU HANG UP AND NOT CALL BACK. I picked up the call but didn’t hear anything so I was saying hello x2 and ya hung up and me and never call back. I’m on the phone 15+ min trying to reach someone at the pharmacy since 840PM as I am writing this review. Ya probably trying to get off work as pharmacy is hours is until 9PM. What are the chances staff is answering other calls at this hour and me not able to reach someone at the pharmacy. Ridiculous.

This store has horrible horrible horrible management. And I blame the manager, not the employees. Employees have a horrible attitude, all the cashiers are rude, most of the sale stickers are not put up, no one wants to work, the team leads see customers and run the opposite direction, no one greets you, not one smile, I wasn't even thanked for my purchase. I also work retail, and as a manager I know it's my responsibility to teach my employees how I want them to interact with customers and to keep moral up, and clearly the manager of this store has no desire to do any of that. I had hopes it was a bad day, but at this point it's been a bad day for months. I will not be giving Walgreens any of my business as a result of this poorly run location.

This store is constantly out of stock of everything. The pharmacy staff is run ragged. You have dangerously low staff coverage especially at night putting any customer there at night at risk. Your drive thru didn't work for months and the phone system is awful. I think I covered it all. Get it together

BAD service. I scheduled an appointment to get a meningitis vaccine here but despite being able to schedule it, they actually had none in stock so they say they can order some and it'll come the next day, cool. So then someone who I assume is supposed to be a higher up compared to who I was previously talking to started talking to me and they were very condescending and short with me the entire time, and also told me that my medical insurance isn't accepted there (even though the insurance website says it is) and that I have to use a "pharmacy card" instead. Why would I need to use a pharmacy card for something that is routine medical like, I don't know, a REQUIRED VACCINE for school? I was not getting pills here, I needed a vaccine and from my knowledge, that's not what a "pharmacy card" is for. How I was treated, the nonsensical answers I was getting and the deplorable condition of the building is enough to make me not want to come back. I hope the leaky ceiling gets fixed eventually!

The young lady with the braids at the cash Register was very off putting when I approached the counter without a mask. (I only know this because any other time I enter this store I have a mask and she's usually friendly and has made comments about others not wearing masks.) I just didn't have a mask that particular day. I understand everyone has there own comfort level with the covid and all that. but if your employees are that afraid of dealing with customers who have no mask they shouldn't be working the front. It makes me not want to return because it made me feel unwanted.

good luck with this store. They may never let you pick up your prescription because the pharmacy isn't open
