My daughter needed shoes that would accommodate her leg braces. Conor at the Butler Street location was fantastically helpful and fitted her perfectly. I highly recommend this store and its exceptional and professional service. (By the way, the store is newly renovated and beautiful.)

Sandra was incredibly helpful in finding the right shoe and orthotic to eliminate my foot pain! From the moment we entered the whole team was welcoming and accommodating. I can't thank Wagner shoes enough for their fantastic service. I'll never shop for shoes online again.

Great experience with these folks! Attentive and kind, took the time to measure and re-measure foot size just to be sure, offered multiple orthotic options, and didn't try to upsell to a more expensive model when the ones I tried seemed good! Also stretched out the leather uppers to aid in the breaking-in process.Thank y'all for the great service! Definitely coming back next time I need shoes, and recommending to friends!

I really wanted to try on a pair of Blunstone’s before I bought them. We were making a trip to Pittsburgh, so I looked up some shoe shops in the area that might carry them and that’s how I found Wagner Shoes. Sondra helped me with my fitting and took time with me, asking questions about the fit, feel, and style to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I just got my boots in the mail today and I couldn’t be more happy! Great customer service all around!

Came here with my wife during the Pittsburgh small business Saturday event. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service at this shoe store. They know their shoes and take time with each customer. I’m very happy with my Ecco and the Mrs loves her SAS.

I have never been to this store and couldn't be happier with their service! I told my fiance that I wanted a pair of Uggs for Christmas. I have no clue how Shondrah figured out the exact size, color and height I wanted, but she nailed it! I highly doubt she was given any information that was useful but she nailed it anyway and I'm so very happy! You're an angel and made my Christmas! Thank you! I only know the name bc it was on the gift receipt, so of was someone else, thank you! ??

Amazing shoe store! They have a great selection that fits all widths of feet. They give you advice on what works best for your feet. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

So good to see a small business shoe store doing so well, but it’s no wonder! Their customer service is fantastic and they have a great selection. I got a pair of shoes that ended up being uncomfortable after wearing once and they had no problem exchanging the shoes and ordering a new size. That size still didn’t work out, so I was able to try on new styles until I found what actually worked for me. Definitely have a loyal customer.

The BEST place to find shoes. Buying shoes is usually a difficult experience for me, due to having many foot injuries in the past. They navigated through my foot issues with their incredible expertise, making it a great experience!

What a great place! I was in town for a few days and the sneakers I had were not cutting it. I stopped in and was immediately greeted by a very kind and knowledgeable man (Art?) who sized me up, recommended some comfy insoles, and even did a digital scan of my feet to see pressure points.An added bonus is this is the shoe store featured in a Mr Rogers episode from the early 1980s. This was a fun fact for my daughter (and for my millennial nostalgia). If I was a local in Pittsburgh, this would be my go to shoe store!
