Had a very bad experience at this store. I went there to get some boots and no one ever came up to me offering to help me or to get me a size. When i found a shoe that I liked I went up to the 2 women at the counter. One was the manager Nayla and the other was a woman who was eating right beside the cash register. I asked them to get me a size and she ripped off the sale prize. Wanting to take those shoes she didn’twant to honor the price displayed, wanting to charge me more than what the ticket said. She then told me that if I liked the shoe I could only pay the price she said, not the one on the sale ticket. Had a very bad attitude and negative behavior about herself.

Do not buy from that store. We took a pair of shoes marked in special, when we went to checkout the store manager named Nayla ripped the label marking the sale price in front of us saying that it wasn’t valid now. She spoke to me and my daughter in a very bad attitude telling us that if we liked the shoes she will not honor the special. Very bad service and experience!!!!

They opened at 10am only one person was in the store wouldn't let me in stated he was waiting for another employee. I waited outside the store for an hour & still was unable to shop. Tried reaching out to corporate as well.

Came here looking for a new pair of shoes and saw a pair on sale that looked good. None of the employees asked me if they could help me with anything or even said hi when I walked in so I just picked up the display shoe and had to wait for one of them to come up to me to ask if I wanted to try it on. Asked him if they had half a size down instead since it was just a little too big for me but he said that that was the smallest size they offered and then didn’t even offer to get me a matching shoe so I could try them on both feet because he’d already walked away. Ended up leaving shortly after that and don’t plan on coming back. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else waste their time or money here either because the people working at this location clearly don’t care about their customers at all.

Refused to measure my son's shoe size. Asked if I can just figure it out myself. We went to a shoe store in order to get his shoe size accurately measured, since it hadn't been in awhile. If I knew his shoe size, I wouldn't need to go to a store to get shoes, I could order them for cheaper and have more selection.They then walked away and ignored us, when we were nothing but polite. Acted like our money was no good when we were willing to buy two pairs of shoes today, one for me and one for my son. I will never shop this shoe chain again. Walked out, btw.
