Manager and staff were rude for absolutely no reason. Didn’t allow me to exchange shoe sizes cause she was inputting it in the system as a return. Robinson villa did it with no problem.

Store was clean and nice. However that boy/girl was rude and ignorant. Another store associate had came out and she was more pleasant. Being rude for real no reason is bad for business.

From VILLA to DTLR I always get greeted with a smile as well as whomever waits on me they've always been curtios and assisting, they are patient and accommodating with services, and DTLR will be my go to cool sneaker store since DAVID'S shoe's changed management decades ago
