I went to this store and there were 6 employees doing nothing. I tried to return equipment and three of the employees were very rude and angry I guess that I interrupted their conversation. I witnessed two of the employees throwing away my equipment next to the trash container outside the store. This was after one of them attempted to stop me from leaving the store.

I genuinely don’t even know where to start. My father (account holder) ordered a new phone for my mother for Christmas. They told him he’d have to pay off her old one, and then the taxes and fees on top of that for the new one. They didn’t have the new phone in stock but said they’d ship it to us. Well, first the order was accidentally rung in as cash when we wanted to pay with a card. After they tried to cancel the transaction for a while, my dad said he would just go get the cash for it. He paid it in cash and they assured us that it would be shipped to us before Christmas. Fast forward 2 weeks, and the order was cancelled and shipped back to the warehouse. We weren’t notified of this and they couldn’t seem to figure out the reason. Eventually they told us that the order had been cancelled as a result of them attempting to cancel the cash transaction before. I went to go talk to them to figure this out and they told me they would fix it and get it shipped again and would update us with tracking info. Fast forward several days - no shipping info. My dad tried to go up to the store and ask them what’s going on, they told us to text the rep who helped us and they couldn’t do anything for him in the store, so he left. We’ve both been trying contact the store or the rep and have gotten NO reply. We’ve called customer service and they won’t have an update for us for 7-10 days, and when I attempted to just cancel the order completely, they told me I would be refunded HALF of what we paid. Their system shows no record of the hundreds that were paid at the store, only half. They took the cash and now there’s no way to figure out what happened or what went wrong and no one will give us any answers, other than their customer service who said they may have to open an investigation into what happened with our money. I genuinely don’t think we’ll continue with Verizon after this experience. I’ve never left a review for any business on Google before but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

Store opens at 10am. Door got unlocked at 10:01am. Went in to switch a cell phone plan from my dad’s name to my name since I’ve paid for it last 10 years. When on phone I was told to go into store to switch it. Then when I got to this location they told me to call. I went over to at and t and switch entire plan. Terrible customer service. That’s what you get when you hire someone who doesn’t care. You lose business.
