Verizon on McKnight Rd in Pittsbugh needs a lesson in customer service. the manage, Brandon was rude, arrogant, and gave horrible customer service. I purchased an upgrade on the app for my son, as his battery was not holding charge, signed up for them to set it up. my son went in and Brandon never asked for id and handed my son a phone and walked away. my son waited an additional 45 min for Brandon to rudely tell him that he didn't have time to help him set up the phone or do his old phone trade in. Brandon sucks at customer service and his job. Brandon needs a lesson on customer service or maybe find another career. I will be following up with corporate

Be careful when buying new phones. Three different times was attempted to be sold add ons, plan upgrades, and new lines when they weren't necessary. They do this to pump their commissions. If you get by that bs they are normally informative. Especially if you speak to managers.

Updating following my experience trading in my phone, this is partly on me but Verizon made mistakes too so I may update later. If you’re trading in a phone here, you need to ask what the final trade in value is going to be. I was expecting it to be $830 and after I left the store I got an email saying it was $415. Because their trade-in process does NOT involve telling you this before you hand over the phone, if you change your mind they will not give your phone back to you, even if it’s just in the next room - it’s gone forever. So be warned: get the trade-in value up front so the value is what you expect.Original review: Was worried that I’d get a bad experience based on the reviews but Arturo was great, sorted out my problem in a few minutes.

Veridian scammed me I hate Riz on me they're so mean to me over there I could just cry I could just cry on how now I tried to get an iPhone 16 and they only wanted to give me the 15 they were just so mean they said they would blow up my houseso I just left and sat in my car and cried because they fat chained me too but you know overall pretty pretty good experience for stars

Horrible experience. I went to pick up my phone that was a gift from someone out of state and was confirmed by customer service that I would only need my Id. However thanks to an associate named Leo I wasn't able to take it home because he wanted to make up a rule that I needed the actual debit card present to receive my phone. I then called customer service again and they reported him for giving me a hard time.

Arturo was super helpful after I came in to do an exchange and push thru a port from straighttalk! Had no problems and he delivered service efficiently and kindly! Also thanks to Eric (i believe) for initially starting the process of getting an active line for me the day before.

Arturo was excellent to work with. My uncle and I upgraded two family phones and added a new service plan. The staff and supervisors (shout out to Reggie) was very accommodating with our needs. Arturo was very responsive and engaged during the whole process. Thank you guys.We usually go to the Apple Store but this time had Verizon handle these upgrades. They even had all the color options in stock. So it was a good decision.Good store and great employees at this location.

Visited the store because my fiancé was having trouble logging into his Verizon account. Despite being pretty busy, we were greeted almost immediately and checked in. The individual who checked us in was very friendly and suggested we try a possible solution to our issue while we waited to be seen. His solution ended up working and we were able to leave before being seen by the consultant. In total we were in the store for probably 5 minutes. Before we left, we let the individual who greeted us know that our issue was resolved and he made sure to ask us if we needed help with anything else. Overall, I was really satisfied with our experience and felt compelled to write this review because of how well we were treated and how quick and easy the whole process was.

This place treated me with such disrespect! Never told me about promos or anything else that would have saved me money. They just wanted me to spend as much as possible. Also, I seen the employees laughing at other employees as well as customers. Really? It was a horrible experience!

They were closed when I stopped by. Instead of posting the store hours on the door, there is a QR code to find out the store hours...at a store where one would go when their phone is missing or broken.

My phone completely died. My daughter, myself and my son in law tried to fix it. No luck at all. Went to Verizon and in less than a minute super magical Shawn fixed my phone. Now I know who to go to anytime I have a phone problem. If I could I would give him a 100 on a survey.This is the Verizon on McKnight Rd not the mall.
