Just wanted to give a quick thank you to Ian! Around 10 till closing at 6pm on Monday, we visited the East Liverpool location to get assistance transferring my old cell phone # from a different carrier to my new Verizon phone.
Ian was prompt, courteous, and was able to handle my problem without sweat. The service here, while busy, was top notch, and I am so glad I chose Verizon. And thanks again, Ian!!

Stopped in this evening wanting to trade in my phone and watch for a new iPhone and watch. Salesman looked at me and said "a phone is a phone why would you do that?" Guess I'll spend my money somewhere else.

Worst customer service ever. Walked in and was never acknowledged. Sat and waited for a 1/2 hour with nobody coming over to ask if we needed help.

I came to this store to open a business phone line for a promo that included an iphone for new accounts. I opened the account but within a month I started getting charged an equipment fee for the phone. For the past year and a half I have been fighting with verizon to get this fixed, they either say it will be fixed and nothing happens or they claim there was never a promo. If you're going to this store make sure you double check that everything is legitimate.

Brandon was absolutely wonderful! My fiancée and I came in at 7 pm with a broken phone and needing a new phone plan. He was so patient and so kind with helping us get everything set up! I would highly recommend asking him for help at the store because he was great!!!

Services were added to my new line that I never approved causing the bill to be much higher than originally stated. This is a dishonest tactic used by shady in store salesman. Watch your bill closely after upgrading a line at this store as you will be charged for services that were never approved.

My phone broke and after Apple replaced it, the Verizon Wireless staff (Leo and CJ) went above and beyond to get it activated onto my account.

Leo Tyler handled my very confusing Bill payment problem. He took me off the ceiling with his patience and clear explanations of what had happened. Leo is an excellent customer relations employee, and deserves a raise and a promotion. I had been dealing with your 800 number for two weeks or more to solve this problem. More than three tickets were opened and the problem was never resolved until I came to The Verizon store on McKnight. Leo took the time to delve into the dates of payments and the amount of payments And all of the auxiliary confusion that had become my problem. ⭐️ ???? Thanks Leo

I'm not sure why I even bother to come to an actual Verizon store at this point. Every time I come here it's an endless bait and switch, never about helping you, and all about the salesperson getting a commission by selling you junk you don't want or finding a way to extend your contract.
I came in a very specifically stated what I wanted: add a new iPhone 15 Max to replace an existing phone on my plan. "CJ", my non-talkative salesperson just kind of looked at me, didn't ask any questions, other than also trying to sell me a new iPad, and then disappeared into the back for what seemed an eternity.
When he did finally come back, he had a sheet of paper that had a NEW phone number added to my account with an iPhone 14. When I questioned the "why" of this, since it was not what I asked for, his only response was that it was cheaper this way. When pushed about the numbers he didn't really have a grasp on what he was presenting, and then pulled out a folded piece of paper from his pocket that did have what I was asking for, and then could only say that it was cheaper adding another line. I wasn't real happy about how the numbers were presented, and even if adding another line was the better option, the way it was presented totally seemed like a scam. Since "CJ" didn't seem to know what to do he went and got the "manager" "Les?" who then also came out and did the dance with me which didn't help the situation. I'm pretty sure they were aware of my displeasure with both of them...
Verizon should be a more aware of the damage this kind of interaction does to their brand. I ended up going to Best Buy instead and had an honest transaction without the upsell or bad advice from Verizon. Every experience that I have had at this store has been a bad one.

Verizon on McKnight Rd in Pittsbugh needs a lesson in customer service. the manage, Brandon was rude, arrogant, and gave horrible customer service. I purchased an upgrade on the app for my son, as his battery was not holding charge, signed up for them to set it up. my son went in and Brandon never asked for id and handed my son a phone and walked away. my son waited an additional 45 min for Brandon to rudely tell him that he didn't have time to help him set up the phone or do his old phone trade in. Brandon sucks at customer service and his job. Brandon needs a lesson on customer service or maybe find another career. I will be following up with corporate

Be careful when buying new phones. Three different times was attempted to be sold add ons, plan upgrades, and new lines when they weren't necessary. They do this to pump their commissions. If you get by that bs they are normally informative. Especially if you speak to managers.
