First Guy I go to couldnt help me with my order and was telling me the system is buggy???? Then told me to call fios and fix my issue with them???? Dude I’m returning a router what do you mean call fios? you got my number and order number what else do you need??????
Luckily Justin was able to get my situation settled in literally 2min. 5 stars for him. Great service by him.

Knowing that this is an authorized retailer and not a corporate store, I should have not of went. My girlfriend and I upgraded our 2 iPhones and got a new Apple Watch. The guy we dealt with forced us to get Verizon protection plans on our phones ($45 extra charge per a month on our bill) and said we basically couldn’t leave the store without it. So after I left I went to an actual corporate store and they were in shock by what they heard. They said it’s 100% optional and weren’t allowed to do what they did. Very shady business practices, adding things onto peoples bills that aren’t required.

Had a horrible experience at this store. An extra line was added to one of our phones without authorization and when I went to have it corrected, manager Doug was condescending, rude and flat out lied to me. I would give them no stars if possible.

Brooke at the Brentwood Verizon Store was extremely helpful during my visit to upgrade my mom’s phone! Was also able to save money with internet through Verizon. I recommend going to see Brooke for any phone or internet needs!
