This is not a true Verizon store. This is a store with sales people and contractors who sell Verizon services. They are driven my commissions, not customer service.My dad recently went into the store with a $350-off promo for an iPhone 14. Not only did his bill not reflect the promo, but he was sold hundreds of dollars worth of accessories he did not need, including a 10-foot cable lol. He also got roped into a three-year contract. This is why people are switching to T-Mobile.Watch out for this sales-driven service, and keep a close eye on your bill.
