My family and I recently visited the Verizon store on Greentree Road to upgrade our 4 phones and add a 5th line to our plan. I have always found this process extremely stressful in the past, but Kyle, the rep who worked with us, was excellent and put me at ease. He detailed everything and answered all of our questions. I was completely impressed with his customer service and how easy he made the entire process. I highly recommend this Verizon store!

The sale people here are LIARS and since they are not a Verizon corporate store, calling Verizon can't fix your account after these people screw it up. They took advantage of my elderly father-in-law a couple of weeks ago. He went in with phone problems and they convinced him to purchase a new one by telling him there's a promotion for Motorola and he won't be charged anything other than $40 out-of-pocket in the store. However, it was a LIE and there was an extra +$200 on the bill that came two weeks later. They also told him that it won't remove any promotions that's currently on the account, but it did, so the re-occurring monthly bill is now higher. Contacting Verizon Corporate, they told us that there is NO PROMOTION on Motorola so the sales person lied to my elderly father-in-law. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are not a real Verizon store and they can make up promotions that Verizon won't actually honor. SHAME SHAME SHAME

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO A REAL VERIZON STORE! I would not trust this location or the manager at this store to do anything but work the deal in their favor. We have made several seperate purchases for total of 6 phones. 2 phones were purchased several years ago from here and we were told a total misleading price with assurance that, afer a few months the bill would be what they quoted. That it would self-correct after we wait a few billing cycles. But after the 30 days you cannot cancel your purchases and it takes up to 3 months before Verizon gets it straightened out. So after waiting 3 months our bill was still 30 dollars more than they quoted us, which by the way was the exact amount that the actual Official Verizon company store said it would be. And of course I am aware that with taxes and fees, things may be a couple of dollars different. That was not the issue. The issue was we had to fight with Verizon to get credits and discounts to combat their incorrect quote. Time I shouldn't have to waste. ......move along 2 years later, time to upgrade our phones again. Well, to give them another chance since they are local to us we tried again.... big mistake. We went in with plans of getting. A new phone that Verizon had advertised with keeping old plan. But they worked it so we got 2 new phones and a watch for supposedly only a 10 dollar increase. I told them of the problem we had with them last go around and they said it would be no problem and all the numbers would be correct this time. We'll they lied again. This time in addition to my 10 dollar increase my bill was still coming out 30 dollars a month too much. I called Verizon to verify and they sent me back to the cellular sales location on Greentree road to have them work it out since they sold it. The sales team and manager promised 3 separate times that it would be correct and that they would fix it, but they didn't and couldn't. They told me I'd have to call Verizon and ask them for a special rate to cover their mistaken quote. Fast forward 2 months later and Only after having to get the FCC involved, was I able to get the price this store quoted me. IF YOU LIKE BEING MISLED, CHEATED, AND THE FEEL OF A USED CAR SALES LOT SALES LOT, THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!
Please do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 or 7 miles and get an exact price and professional sales team from an official Verizon store location. And if you do buy from here make sure you keep every email and piece of paper as proof, because you will need it when they try and deny accountability.

I was having issues with my phone and after going to the Greentree store I received service like I never have before. I got a full solution and top notch service from Brandon. Oh ya he specializes in business as well. Ask for him for all your needs

by far the BEST Verizon store in the area. The sales reps are so extremely helpful. There was an issue with my early upgrade and Kyle C. worked endlessly to help get it corrected before payment was due. I will ALWAYS be using this location for future transactions.

Alec Bergman is wonderful. He helped me get the right upgraded phone. He's very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The best thing for me is he transferred all my information from my old phone to my new phone. I highly recommend him and this Verizon store!!

I just upgraded my phone at this location. I was helped by Kyle, who explained everything well, walked me through all the steps, helped me with my unique situation, and even saved me some money on my bill. I'd definitely recommend this store and Kyle to help you out if you need it.

I bought an apple watch se on Dec 8, and my local Verizon had my watch shipped from this store. The tracking number was sent to FedEx, but after waiting for 5 days, my Verizon store called them and they were informed that the watch was shipped out. 3 more days go by and Verizon called again. Come to find out the greentree Verizon never shipped my watch. I will avoid this store whenever I'm in the area.
