Jason was incredibly helpful and patient as he helped me get my line back onto Verizon after a bad experience with another carrier. Solved my problem and gave me clear answers on many other questions I had about my service. Highly recommend this store, everyone there was helpful and nice to work with. Won’t be leaving Verizon again with service like this. Thanks again!

I gave this place 2 stars because my 1st interaction to pick up my fios equipment was a breeze but the last one on 9/8/2024 was not good. The iPhone needed to be reset and the guy who may have been Russian or something said he pressed the buttons but it did not work then offered the only iPhone they had in the store which was an iPhone 15! So I went to the actual Verizon store on William Penn Highway not an authorized retailer like this place and the man was able to reset the phone and get it working there! I would not recommend that authorized retailer location.
