I love this place. It's convenient, the atmosphere is great, all of the employees are very helpful, and the prices are reasonable. Plus the products are great. Especially the gummies. They have a employee there, that is a great worker. She's very helpful, attentive, and takes every customers concerns very seriously. Her and Cam helps me out every time I go in there. I think that her name is Sierra. They greet and welcome me every time I go in.

Don't shop here! 32 dollars for 60 ml juice! That's crazy! Go to Glass Gallery on 13th street on carson! Way cheaper same juice!!

I’ve been a loyal customer for a few years now and the service hasn’t been same. The last time I bought a vape you were offering 30% off. The vape I wanted I didn’t like the color so was told they would order the color I wanted and honor the 30% by the “manager” who was working that day. I came back a week later to pick up my new vape and that same “manager” would not honor the 30% off I was previously promised. There have been times my coils have been out of stock for weeks and now the juice I love you haven’t had for 2 weeks. When I walk in, the employees are just sitting there and do not get up to help me, mind you I’m the only customer in the store. It’s just not the same and the customer service is definitely not what it used to be when the owners were there.

2nd time I bought an 80 dollar device that was broken.I ate the first one because I had it for a few weeks which is w.e.Yesterday I spent 150 dollars there and the display on the device I bought doesn't work don't sell a product if u don't back it.I will be taking my money elsewhere from now on.EDITED..the owner reached out after I emailed him and replaced it.
