Promised delivery of a 9 piece sectional for today, October 23rd, 2024. Received a phone call yesterday saying it's out of stock and wouldn't be delivered until the first week of November. Okay. ?♀️ SO, obviously, I did not prepare the room by removing the furniture and shampooing the carpet. This morning, I received a text with a link showing Manuel would be delivering between 11:05 and 11:35 a.m. this morning. PANIC! Now what? Okay, it's 7:30 rush to remove furniture; rush to shampoo carpet! Success! Check the link again, and it still says Manuel will be here between 11:05 and 11:35; great! About 5 minutes ago, I checked the link again to see if there were any updates on times. WHAT! Order not found? Now I owe back 2 hours of time to work because I had to rush and prepare everything AND no furniture to sit on till November! No Bueno! Not good, Value City! Maybe I should cancel?

The furniture I got it is very nice and it looks great in the living room the kitchen and table the three piece is what I expected and the lamp looks fantastic with the colors in my living room

I bought two couches with a warranty. I tried to use the warranty to do repairs, which stated they were covered in the warranty. I played the telephone game with the warranty company, never got responses, had trouble communicating with people on a regular basis, and then they continually made up reasons why our couches were no longer covered by the warranty. They cited things which were simply not true and its been a disaster trying to talk to anyone competent, because appearently there's never someone working that can make decisions.
Value city has since changed warranty companies due to similar issues. I spoke to a sales rep over the phone who ensured me that they would make it right, but they quickly took their offer back. So I'm pretty much out of luck.
I'll never shop here again. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

I had a great experience with the kind and helpful sales associates in the store who assisted me with my initial purchase. However, the delivery process has been a nightmare. After two failed delivery attempts—one because the item couldn’t fit in my apartment building, and the other because half of my replacement couch arrived severely damaged—I’m extremely disappointed.
To make matters worse, after four days without any contact following the damaged delivery, despite being told I’d be contacted the next day to reschedule, I had to call to get an update. Only then was I informed that the replacement for the broken half had been scheduled for Friday, without any prior notification or confirmation of my availability. I was then told that if I waited for the delivery window and needed to cancel, I’d be charged a $50 rescheduling fee—despite the fact that the delivery was scheduled without my input and I only found out by making the call myself.
This has been a super frustrating and unprofessional experience, and I won’t be ordering from here again.

Had the most amazing experience ever with DOM!!! He was so down to earth and funny. He made our time there actually enjoyable. Oh and he was a genius helping us figure out financing!!

Salesman Dom was great at showing us available options based on what we wanted. And the delivery was done within 2 weeks as promised and delivery window was 3 hrs with real time update and assembly was very fast as well.
Delivery team was very hardworking pair started their day at 7am and ours was 8th stop and he said they had 2 more stops to go. Our previous couch was from this company as well and lasted very long time and that is why we went back to this company instead of many other online options.

The couch has hooks for the cushions. The cushions have the hook, but the couch does not there’s nothing to hook it to.

Friendly salespeople and great service. Pat was a great help when we couldn’t decide and was very patient with us. The furniture is great quality. We are very pleased with our purchase. Ask for Pat when you go in. We won’t deal with anyone else.

Dom in the Robinson store was extremely helpful and great! The delivery team was professional and courteous. The overall purchasing process was great! Delivery listed via text were convenient and accurate.
