Beware the middle aged black gentleman who couldn’t pry himself off his phone when I stopped in last week weighed both my packages together at the same time since he’s lazy I guess? I didn’t think anything of it other then he’s lazy anyways fast forward a week Etsy charged me more money for that extra weight on both packages. I didn’t know him weighing them there could do that but it did.

Had a negative experience at this post office. The employee that helped me was incredibly rude. I hope things go better for him.

GO TO THE MOON LOCATION IF YOU CAN, MUCH BETTER!!!The guy who is there regularly is terrible!! The epitome of a government employee who is just there to collect a pay check. Yesterday I said something to him and he couldn’t even acknowledge because he was texting. In another experience he told me mail doesn’t run on Saturdays, ANYWHERE! If I drop off on Saturdays it won’t leave the store until Monday. Their Dropbox advertises the last pickup time on Saturday is 4:00 but apparently it’s all lies. Brought it to his attention and he said it’s above his pay grade. There are several negative reviews about him and I can see why. Fortunately for me i always drop off prepaid packages so communication is very limited.

Male employee working there is horrible. I couldn't understand why people were lined up to a lady clerk when there's no line where the male clerk was. But I found out why! He wanted to charge me $9 for taping my box so I bought a $3.99 box tape they were selling right next to this awful employee. He also charged me for the envelope I crumbled. I tried making a complaint on usps website, but it kept taking me to an error page. Even their website is terrible.

I utilized the Global Express Guaranteed service to send a document to Canada. USPS in this store wrote on my receipt expected delivery in 24 hours. Instead it took 7 days. When I contacted USPS they refused to honor the written guarantee. They instructed me to contact FEDEX who they used to actually send the package. FedEx blamed USPS for taking so long to get them the envelope and also refused to honor the guarantee. Very disappointed in the poor customer service from USPS who took my payment but refused to accept any responsibility or honor their guarantee.

I’m at this post office fairly often, as I sell items online and because I’m here often I’m familiar with Reynaldo. I only have good interactions with him as opposed to most of the reviews, as I see him often. There’s another woman who works there often as well and she’s always kind, pleasant, and helpful. THEN THERE’S THIS OTHER CHICK! She’s not there that often but the couple of times I’ve dealt with her she is MISERABLE! Her attitude is out of this world!!!! It’s not just to me, it’s to everyone I see her deal with. She proceeds to ask me if I need to pay for the box that I had just gotten in the store to package my item. I said actually, I wanted to ask you that (I sell items on Poshmark and some packaging is to be included/not paid for) this is for Poshmark- she cuts me off and proceeds to bark “you can’t use this box and not pay for it?!? (Rolls her eyes) It’s ready post that’s not included you have to pay for this box if you want to use it!!!” I said … then why did you just ask me if I need to pay for the box- if I NEED TO PAY FOR THE BOX? She then keptOn with her miserable attitude claiming I could’ve bought the box before today (as if she didn’t just see me grab the box and package up my item). I said tell me what I owe you, paid, and left. That chick truly makes going to the post office a miserable experience!

Giving 5 stars because I've honestly never had a bad experience here. It's one of my preferred post offices. I'm legitimately shocked at some of the hateful comments on the reviews here.

I really try to avoid this post office if possible. Staff is fairly unpleasant. Unable to purchase stamps at the counter, so you must wait in line to use the singular self service station.

I wish google has zero star for customer services provided by Reynoldo, he is not rude or arrogant, in my opinion, he is first degree psychopath or he has significant mental issues.

I stopped into the post office today and had a terrible experience. The black gentleman that "assisted" me was rude, IGNORANT, and was disrespectful in all ways imaginable. After calling him out for his smart remarks, poor customer service, and lack of respect for others, I asked for his supervisor/manager and he went on to say he was the manager of the post office. I have since filed a customer complaint on this man and will follow up with the post master the next time I'm in. Some of the absolute worst customer service and ignorance from a person I think I've ever seen from government employee! The employees name was Reynoldo. Please do better USPS! That man needs fired and sent back to McDonald's where he originally worked!

How do you not have money orders, I've always gotten them there but NOT TODAY. The guy clearly doesn't want to do his job just collect a check probably best to let him go so your ratings go up
