They are extremely rude and incompetent. They didn't hold my mail like they were supposed to, so a month's worth of mail can't be found. I waited over 40 minutes for a manager to come before needing to leave. It's the worst post office I've ever dealt with, which is saying something.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this post office. They have managed to lose my PRIORITY MAIL containing very important documents not once, but twice in just a few months. This level of incompetence is absolutely unacceptable.
Priority mail is supposed to ensure safe and timely delivery, yet this location seems incapable of handling even the basics. The workers are rude and appear to have no sense of accountability. Unfortunately, I live nearby and don’t have the option to switch to another post office, which makes this even more aggravating.
If you value your time, money or important mails, avoid this post office at all costs. Their service is unreliable and the experience is beyond frustrating.

This post office is terrible. Some of the mail carriers are good and reliable. But not all. You never know when and if you will receive your mail. I suspect that there are call-offs and no one to fill in. They have “lost” mail that I expected to be delivered- a mortgage payment. And there was Hell to pay getting that straightened oit. I am still waiting to see my water bill for last month. Don’t bother trying to call them to ask or complain. The phone line is ALWAYS busy. I think they take the phone off the hook and that is their way of dealing with problems. I really wanted to give zero stars but Google did not permit that.

This is the only post office I know that locks the doors so that you cannot get access to the package drop off slot after they close and they close really early. to make things worse they’ve decided to put screens on their mail drop off curbside boxes so that you can’t put anything larger than a letter in them. What a wonderful way to tell customers to go somewhere else.

I patiently waited in the long line with only 2 clerks working. The card swiping monitor was off, and when I told her she snapped at me to "ma'am, look at my face." Saying I need to wait for her verbal instructions because the monitor needs to reboot. She kept ignoring me to talk to her coworker, then would snap at me to do the next step like I'm stupid. How am I supposed to know til she tells me, the screen is off. I only had to mail a simple package but she interrupted multiple times to talk to her coworker so it took a while.
I'm sure the jobs sucks and they're understaffed, USPS needs to do better so their employees aren't so miserable

Awful. My package wasn’t delivered so I went to pick it up after days of no answer on where it was or why it wasn’t delivered. The man working in there was so rude the people around me were confused before I even got to say a word. I approached the window as the next person left and he told me he didn’t tell me to come to his window when I just followed the line.

Just like everyone in the comments I'm having an issue receiving my packages and mail. My carrier reported no one was living at my address so my mail was getting returned. When I found out I went and got a P.O.Box at the end of January. Every since then, it's been a nightmare I was still receiving mail at my address when I did finally get mail at the P.O. box it didn't have the yellow sticker on them. My package I got a date then went back and the date was gone. I talked with the clerk and she informed me it will be around the 20th I can receive my package hmmm it got me wonder if she didn't proposely change the date. Every since my mail carrier put that notice I've had nothing but issues. UPS was supposed to be the one to deliver my package so how did USPS get it, are they the same company? You would think they would try doing better after receiving almost 10yrs of bad reviews. With everyone starting to turn to emails to get their mail or Amazon for packages they would want to be a little nicer.
