Just like everyone in the comments I'm having an issue receiving my packages and mail. My carrier reported no one was living at my address so my mail was getting returned. When I found out I went and got a P.O.Box at the end of January. Every since then, it's been a nightmare I was still receiving mail at my address when I did finally get mail at the P.O. box it didn't have the yellow sticker on them. My package I got a date then went back and the date was gone. I talked with the clerk and she informed me it will be around the 20th I can receive my package hmmm it got me wonder if she didn't proposely change the date. Every since my mail carrier put that notice I've had nothing but issues. UPS was supposed to be the one to deliver my package so how did USPS get it, are they the same company? You would think they would try doing better after receiving almost 10yrs of bad reviews. With everyone starting to turn to emails to get their mail or Amazon for packages they would want to be a little nicer.

Super slow! 20 people in line and only one person at the counter! Ridiculous. Yes, it’s December but the PO should put more staff on during holiday times!

Worst postal service ever. For 10 years I have been scheduling pickups with them, 10 years they have issues with picking up.

I don't get all of the extremely negative reviews, but I was just in line to buy stamps and make sure Xmas cards had the right postage. There were about 5 people in line ahead of me, and at first, there was just one employee. Soon, a 2nd joined, and the line moved quickly. The employees seemed efficient though not warm and friendly by any stretch. Still, I was in and out with what I needed. There was ample parking. No complaints here!

Dropped off 4 packages on Oct 3 2023 in the large package drop off door inside the building, 3 got delivered and 1 is still showing as pre-transit. Make sure you get a receipt from now on from the postal employee's otherwise things just disappear.

Maybe one of the worst places on earth. Everyone here is incredibly stressed. All the employees are overworked and it is drastically understaffed. Took me about an hour and a half of standing in line with only 2 people in front of me to mail a package. Go to a different USPS if you're able.

Awful. My package wasn’t delivered so I went to pick it up after days of no answer on where it was or why it wasn’t delivered. The man working in there was so rude the people around me were confused before I even got to say a word. I approached the window as the next person left and he told me he didn’t tell me to come to his window when I just followed the line.

OK. the 'manager' wo will not ID herself (she has dark purple dyed hair, is in her 40s and about 5'5" with a whiny, nasty, complaining voice.) she has decided that she has a problem with my wife and children. 6 months ago by yelling at my wife about how her car was parked. there was snow everywhere and my wife could not see the lines and so she starts yelling at my wife and 4 year old daughter when they get into the building. i tried to talk to her about this but when she sees me, she just walks away, stranding whoever was there. so i am going to start lobbing bombs at her career. USPS people are hard to get fired? nope, they are sitting ducks once she gets thrown in jail, it' automatic. i'd tell you to wish me luck, but she will be the third postal employee and 11th Govt employee i have gone after. they include 4 cops -all fired- a school teacher and her principal -both lost their teaching license- and the head building inspector in Springfield, and his boss, the City Manager.

The lady at the counter is very helpful and pleasant. The white guy is extremely rude and unhelpful, try and avoid him at all costs.

It took us over an hour to find this USPS location with ZERO places to park in the rain. I am not going to unload on this post office branch, which is in an indoor mall, downtown with NO signage. But it was like a conspiracy between all the online websites and even Google maps to conceal the place. All that with the insanity that is driving in Pittsburgh, all to find out we were at the wrong branch, my bad. The staff was pleasant and helpful and pleasant so nothing bad to say at all once you find it. Good luck.

DO NOT DEPOSIT MAIL WITH CHECKS HERE. I dropped an envelope with check in the box at this post office and it was stolen and person committed fraud with check. Either someone has duplicate keys to these boxes or it is inside theft. Avoid using this location.

Absolutely, positively one of the worst if not the worst post office you'll ever have the misfortune to need to deal with.I live in a house. Front stoop but have a fully covered back porch. It's raining and I ordered electronics. They left the package on the front stoop in the rain. Never knocked on the door (I was in the house when it was delivered).I also have a mail slot through my front door. On multiple occasions I've asked the delivery person to push the envelopes all the way through so it doesn't leave the slot cover up and the cold/hot air comes in the house while the heater/ac is running. That's a crap shoot most of the time.From here on out if a company can't ship it to me via FedEx or UPS then I simply won't buy from them and tell them it's because I won't use USPS anymore. They simply don't care. None what so ever. This location reviews are mostly negative and it's been that way for many many years. So they are not concerned and not going to change a thing. Post like this are just laughs for them for when they hit the bar after work.
