Stood outside for 20 minutes the door was jammed after 4 more people came up she finally can to the door after watching me trying to get the door open, and she herself had to apply pressure to get the door open. She saw me standing at the door and looking through the glass at her. When she finally got the foor open she said it was unlocked and played past the part they she had to use her body weight to get it opened.

I went out of my way to drop a package off at 4:30 pm and the doors were locked with no sign or explanation for closing early. Their business hours say they are open until 5 on weekdays.
Edited to add that I stopped here another time at 4:30, and there was a handwritten sign up that said “Out to Lunch.” I don’t understand how this level of service is acceptable by USPS.

I don’t know who writes a review for a post office but apparently I am now that person. I just felt like I had to come here to say that the folks who work in this post office are the sweetest and most patient people. Every time I go they are always just so genuinely nice and go out of their way to be helpful.

Staff here is incredibly kind - the poor reviews are from some time ago and some changes must have been made. There is one change that still needs to be made though - for God’s sake put this post office in a safer building. This place is a health hazard, a biohazard, a psychosocial hazard. Such a shame that my tax dollars can’t support a better work environment.

Everyone that works at this location is extremely kind, helpful and patient even when it is busy. The reviews complaining about them closing randomly are lacking context that perhaps they are understaffed, underpaid, and need a well-deserved break! I am grateful that this is my local post office.

Post offices are always hit or miss. Even the same post office in the same day. I guess it all depends on the employee that's helping you, but my experience here has always been someone that is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and able to move a line quick enough that I'm never waiting super long for what I need.The place is kept clean and parking is easy. Nothing really to complain about And I'm glad this is my nearest post office compared to some other options.

Irresponsible deliveries! Two days ago a package was delivered open. It's all content inside was missing.Scaned and delivered empty package by USPS worker like if delivery was successfully completed. The First Class postages are not insured and none responsiblity for that particular service from USPS.Yesterday was delivered postage scotch all over covering holes in the package with broken in half a new seat post for bicycle made of carbon! Wow! People who working for the USPS are strong! They can broke anything shiped even things made of carbon! Please check pictures.I spoke with an USPS Supervisor regarding my lately troubles in deliveries. But as mentioned the First Class service has no even a subject for accepting complaints about damages done by the USPS.USPS Consumer Affairs office employees in Pittsburgh also don't care about uninsured postal services and about First Class service delivery problems. The USPS don't care if their employees created problems for customers on purpose.Be advised.

This post office is so slow and they only have one employee here. The employee let the elderly lady who was sitting down jump in front of me. I didnt mind until I had to wait 5 minutes until it was finally my turn. She took so long that there were 7 people waiting in line...
