Every day I'm getting mail with my address and zip and it has a totally different name on it. Who ever has the same address where ever they live needs to learn the zip for their location. It's annoying and I had to place stickers on my mailbox with my last name and husbands last name so they can deliver the correct mail and not someone's mail from homestead. Not only that you call the 800 number ask for a call back just to be hung up on. Totally unnecessary.

I come in this post office on a DAILY basis as I run an EBay business. The young black girl behind the counter who refused to give me her name after throwing a vintage tape deck I had packaged in a cardboard box, deserves to be fired. I watched her throw my package, and the manager told me I didn’t see what I watched with my own two eyes. Her name is Nicole, and for some reason refuses to reprimand her own employees. I will not be letting this go. People who run small businesses need to be respected just like we were Amazon or EBay. Unbelievably horrible customer service!

Packages clearly marked with my home address are frequently delivered to another address totally different from mine. Yet tracking shows delivered to my house. Months ago I spoke with manager of this post office over a 3-4 day period. Said he new what house my package was delivered to and would send the postal employee to get it. That never happened. So, I spend hundreds of dollars on a product; post office delivers it to a different address and marks it as delivered; and I'm just out of luck. This happened again on April 9th. Fortunately for me this time, the woman it was delivered to jumped in her car and delivered it to me. Why can't postal employees read the correct address? And if it's a barcode problem then please correct it. I'm really afraid to order any products for home delivery. This is unacceptable.

The postal carrier for 10th street came past my neighbor in her car . He was working hard and doing his thing. She stopped to ask him if he had her mail. He told her he already delivered it, but offered to walk to her porch and get it for her. It was a simple thing, but simple things are big deals, and I noticed . The best post office I've ever been to! There's hardly ever a line, and the staff is so friendly. Every other post office I've been to has the most miserable workers. I actually look forward to going here when I need to go to the post office. I am always greeted with a happy face and a helpful employee. I am in and out quickly and leave feeling happy. I cannot say the same for other post offices. This is the best post office in the Pittsburgh area! :)

This is the third time that I have confirmed delivery but no package. I have also had boxes left on the ground by the road. Have filed complaint but have gotten no results. This is not acceptable service but the Sharpsburg office does not seem to care. Just reinforces terrible government service. Amazon should not be working with organizations so incompetent And uncaring. Will be calling amazon.
