Lady at the front gives me an attitude cuz I was a couple minutes late for my passport appointment. It's my problem not yours. Drop the attitude it's not that serious. I can schedule to come back the next day.
***Saw another review (only 2 months old) Someone was 10 minutes late for their appointment and was still able to get their passport that same day and I can not????
Very unprofessional customer service, pathetic!

Lisa did an outstanding job helping us with a passport application for Patrick, our 6 year old son just before noon today (4/19/24). We were 10 min late for our appointment and Lisa was still very kind and most importantly competent and productive. In less than 10 min, she took a great picture of our son, and then she helped us complete several gaps in our passport application for our son too. Thank you Lisa for your kindness, competence and productivity!

the lady working at the passport office was very disrespectful and gave wrong information. According to the wrong information, I wasted my time and postponed my urgent flight.

I would give zero if I could. USPS should be allowed to deliver nothing but envelopes. They are the worst company in the world.

Nothing screams "out of touch with your customers" like removing the largest and most-used feature of your post office, which is the drive-up mail drops, and that is exactly what this location did. They completely replaced these boxes with ones specifically designed to force walk-up deposits in the same location on the opposite side that you are supposed to park and get out of your car to use. I say "supposed to" because most people simply idle their car right next to the boxes and get out to drop letters off. This has created an EXTREMELY DANGEROUS situation that both blocks traffic and has pedestrians walking around cars that are in motion just to drop letters. Please USE CAUTION if you must visit this location, both while driving and while walking around the business and mailboxes. Avoid it entirely if you can, if only to save yourself from the person who had a lapse of sanity in making this very purposeful design decision.

Is it seriously that hard to put packages into my large mailbox ???!! I mean come on let’s set this cardboard magazine size box on top of the mailbox while it’s pouring down rain! Email and email but nothing other then autogenerated emails from Brandon stevens….. I guess I need to go buy the biggest mailbox that’s approved the usps, so the magazine sized boxes will go in all the time! Packages today soaked all they way to the contents! Unacceptable, if you don’t enjoy the job you chose then quit and maybe someone that wants to do the job will come along….

One of the worst USPS branches I have ever been to IN THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES. Every person that works there is well beyond the age of retirement and no one moves with any purpose. They will allow older people the ability to stay in line to fix mistakes but I literally got the wrong tag and needed a simpler tag (which would have taken me 30 seconds to fill out) and the man made me get out of line and go back to the end of 6 people! They never have any more than one person working and I would rather set my mail on fire than to ever go back there again. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE EVER!

Someone had a rather strange way of making life a bit more difficult. You can no longer access the postal mail bins without getting out of your car. The openings are on the opposite side of the bin. To make life even more difficult they have replaced the drop down bin with a narrow slot that is difficult to see and angles downward so you have to insert your mail at a precise angle. One might think this is to prevent rain from entering, but there is an overhanging section that will shield it from rain. Please see attached photos. My camera enhanced the view of the mail slot - it reality is difficult to see.

For seemingly no good reason, this place has turned their drive thru drop boxes around to face away from your car. They now have ridiculously inefficient mail collection boxes. Leave it to the postal service to come up with a system that is inefficient and annoying! Whoever came up with that brilliant idea should be fired for wasting everyone's collective time.
