I have been trying to call them for a week straight, and to no avail, I haven't been able to reach anyone! I just moved to this area and haven't been receiving mail!!!

Once again a package is labeled not deliverable because Currier went to the wrong street. Try to call and file a complaint and or set up redelivery? Can't becuase their direct line never gets answered and eventually the call gets cut off because the call can't be completed with the number as dialed. Call the 800 number? Wait in hold for just under an hour and half to be given the same phone number that goes unanswered. Do not blame covid it's been like this for years.

Packages scheduled for Tuesday delivery arrived on Monday and packages scheduled for Friday delivery arrived on Wednesday. You can’t do any better than that!

the ladies that helped when i arrived were amazing and so very kind, they seem to be the only light source there. you’ll never get your call answered so don’t even bother trying and the management probably cares about their employees as much as your phone calls. i just feel bad cuz those employees probably get everyone’s heat who arrives

Our mailman only comes 4 out of 5 days a week every Monday no service. I wait on medication to be delivered to me by our government mailman that is not doing his job now I have to wait all day tomorrow for when he does come at 5pm till I receive my medicine. Totally unacceptable. This will probably never be seen yin’s need to step up your service.

15212: My mail carrier leaves my mail on the ground. Does not shut the box. I’ve had important documents ruined by rain and snow because of this. I was missing a check that was shown as delivered for 6 days—I thought it was stolen. Almost all my mail comes days after it’s shown as delivered. I get packages for my neighbors and have to deliver them up and down the street myself. My scheduled pickups are often skipped. My regular outgoing mail wasn’t taken until I left notes on my mailbox asking for them to take them. I had a package marked as delivered to “front desk”—I live in a house and my package is missing. I have a camera. Nobody delivered here at that time. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars in four months because of my carrier. I’ve spent hours calling and writing emails. Again, I have my mail carrier on camera. I will come in and show the videos very soon.

Had to ask postal driver outiside facility which door to enter, but once inside, postal employee female was friendly, helpful, & fast locating my missing packages. Just bc it doesn't appear like a Starbucks, is no reason to slam it in reviews. Detach the phone from your face, & learn how to accomplish something on your own people.

Several employees were not wearing face masks. Avoid if you want to stay healthy in this pandemic.

This facility does not answer the phone at all. I’ve put in a request/notice that my mail is not being delivered 3 times. Do not insult my intelligence by stating mail volume is low when I in fact have informed delivery and have an expectation of what is to come. I haven’t received expected mail pieces for over 3 weeks and all that is being said is the carrier is delivering them to my address and to label my mailbox. Newsflash: all is labeled and mail is still not delivered. The supervisor, Jason Rogiero, will tell you to call if you have any questions, but does not answer the phone. It doesn’t matter if you call when the facility opens NO ONE answers the phone. It appears that adequate customer service provided is only when you’re face to face with the supervisor. This is absolutely terrible service and the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with.

I was left a "sorry we missed you" slip on May 22. I went online and scheduled to pickup the package on May 28 but the gentleman behind the counter couldn't locate my package. I left my information and he said he'd call but I never received a call back. I called the sender on May 29 who gave me the tracking number which indicates they tried to deliver the package and it was being held for pickup. Thinking it got caught up in the system or left on a mail truck, I rescheduled delivery for 6/2 but that date has come and gone and still no package. No one answers the phone. Ever. They didn't answer on Tuesday and no one answered yesterday when I called repeatedly for 40 minutes thinking someone had to hear the phone ringing or walk by and pick it up. Nope. The missing package contains medical supplies which requires a signature.

Postal service is a total joke to begin with, but this location... WOAH. They never answer the phone. And if you ever have to interact with a woman named Katie - good luck. She has been reported so there's that, but I was told to pick up a package there, and after getting the run around for 70 minutes, I was told in a very rude way that the package was out for delivery and I should have called. Well, back to the beginning on this one.Do your best to never have to step foot in this location. And if you do, just know what you're in for, and have your expectations set appropriately... meaning have none.
