Every time I go to order clothing, they say there's no access ? it's like they afraid to come where I live since it's a bad area. They won't redeliver my package.

4:10 PM and the post office that advertises a 4:30 closing time is closed. It bad enough that they close an hour for lunch at 1pm.

The carrier(driver) refuses to climb three very small cases of stairs and keeps leaving notices. I rescheduled online and stressed myself trying to keep up with my packages because I have shady neighbors. There are places to hide packages. A cooler, a stroller... all downstairs by the fron door which is never locked, and someone is always home and alert... yet he didnt have "access" the first time, my rescheduled delivery was a day late and of course another notice thought i almost took flight down the stairs soon as i got their alert. No package. Again. No customer service from the local office and the agents cant help? Sooooo I do nothing? This isnt the same postal service Ive known my whole life. They just gave up and it shows in the attitude of the manager at the15219 location. Take that one stat away too.

I work from 8-5 with a lunch break between 1-2. How the hell am I supposed to pick up a package when I work full time? Who are these hours for?!

No wonder people hate this location. Ms PEARL is worst at customer service. Why don't USPS train their employees in customer service like UPS, FedEx or any other businesses. AVOID!!!

Ms Pearl is VERY rude and will refuse your business if you don't have the exact change. She works alone and works very slow. I asked for a number for a manager- at first she ignored me- then she said she doesn't know who the manager is and walked away? I thought this was a government business? I really don't know how she's still employed here and why the corporate has yet to offer a better customer experience for my community!

The lady that works here is very ignorant and rude. She would not even check for my lost package. She would not take my tracking number, as a matter of fact she spoke with her back to me while looking over her shoulder. She offered no help or suggestions at all except for me to go home and wait.

In, and out easily. Not sure if i got a different clerk, but in contrast to the reviews, she was pleasant and helpful. Got my package, and out within 5 minutes. Maybe some of ya'll just don't have any manners 🤷ðŸ»â€â™‚ï¸

The woman at this post is EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE, but hey, it's a government office. Why did I expect more?
