It was my first time doing an Amazon return and had no idea what I was doing! I was super embarrassed to ask for help, but Kym went above and beyond to teach me how to do the best returns! Kym showed me how to make it easier on myself in the future. I definitely will always come back to see Kym.

This store has wonderful a staff, always helpful and friendly. While waiting in line I witnessed a very rude and arrogant customer who gave nothing but attitude towards Isabella. She handle the situation very well and was very professional during the interaction. I personally told her what a great job she did and that he was one with the problem. I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees. Highly recommend this store. Thank you Isabella for all of your help and kindness!
