Came to the office to find the hours posted on the window different than online. Came back at noon when they said they would be open, but they are closed with no posted sign and no workers around to ask.

The two men at the front desk, Dave and another guy were very unprofessional towards me. From the minute I walked in they were cocky, unpleasant and disrespectful. But the real issue is they refused to give me a package I was there to pick up even though I showed them numerous forms of ID and provided them additional ways to verify my identity. They were clearly just making my life difficult instead of using common sense. Our business moved locations last year and we did away with paper business cards and they won’t accept any other way to verify the address, which is so outdated. They need to get with the times at UPS. I have never had issues like this at FedEx. FedEx is wonderful comparatively. This is why everyone hates UPS.
