On a 3 day prepaid air package, my package was picked up, not scanned, lost for 6 days, when it was found after I spent 6 hours on the phone - they promised to upgrade and get the package to me the next day, I still don’t have the package and it is now day 8. It is impossible to reach a person and impossible to solve a problem. Be aware if you really need something delivered on time.

The most incompetent employees I’ve ever had contact with. The girl just kept walking around saying it’s not working and four other employees just stood there talking amongst each other. Literally waste of my time

Guy with pink hair was the most disrespectful employee of any store I have ever been in. Pray he doesn’t ring you up for whatever you need because it is the opposite of a pleasant experience

Waited over 3 hours fo fingerprinting. No one took over when the person doing the job went on break. Poorly run and chaotic store.

Do not utilize this UPS store to send ANY packages. After looking at the same reviews listed here. I have experienced the same situation. The package seems to have never left the store. The general manager claims the packages are sent out 24-48 hrs;however they are unable to tell me exactly when it left the store. I was informed by UPS corporate that the store should be able to let you know when the package has left the facilty. There is no tracking and the sole excuse is that the driver seemed to have not scanned the package. I will not let this rest since this seems to be a high occurrence at this store. I WILL look into this further and demand this facility be INVESTIGATED!!!!!

Made an appointment on the UPS website for fingerprinting. The people that work there were rude and saying that I didn’t make appointment when I had the confirmation email. It was then found out that the UPS appointment was not valid because I needed to make the appointment on Identogo. Why was there an option to make an appointment on the actual UPS website if it isn’t valid? I took time off from work to come in not to mention that the people that worked there was condescending.

I’ve dropped off plenty of packages here over several years. Everything has gotten where it’s going on time and with zero mishaps. The staff is super courteous, friendly and helpful.

Came in for fingerprinting services scheduled online through IdentoGO. I scheduled the appointment as a walk-in and was given a confirmation number verified through e-mail.
This store is in a highly congested area so after driving 25 minutes one way/paying to park/and walking several blocks to get to the store, I was greeted with a paper taped to the door stating no walk-ins. I approached the front desk trying to seek a solution and was given no recourse. No - they can't make an appointment for you. No - they don't take walk-ins. No - they will not take you without an appointment. I said "So you cannot help me at all?" and was told "Correct".
I walked out extremely frustrated with this experience. As a consumer PAYING for this service, I do not care about the backend communication issues between UPS and IdentoGO. UPS is responsible for rendering the service I have a confirmation number for, therefore, I expect the service. Especially when it's concerning legal documentation essential for work.

I wish I could give zero stars. They "lost" my package and were extremely extremely unhelpful in providing me information to try to file a claim. I will never step foot in this store again and for the rest of my life will tell people never to enter this store. If you look at other reviews, lots of people deal with theft from this store. It should be shut down, it is truly despicable. I also shipped this package in February.

I am extremely disappointed with the UPS store's service. They lost my package and have been incredibly unhelpful in resolving the issue. Despite numerous attempts to get a refund, they have been dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistake. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service has left me frustrated and out of pocket. Like many other reviews I see now, many people have had similar issues with the store. Do not go here!

Worst store you can go to, they have super high cases of stealing packages avoid at all costs!, they say driver picked up - no scan shows on the tracking - definitely something fishy - somebody file a police complaint against this store already!, god knows how many packages they have stolen!! Gonna file one today itself!
