Returning a package & walked in with one person at cash register looking at her phone & the other person sitting at a desk looking at his phone, waited until the person at the cash register saw me! If this customer service then you better get other people! Wow! If I sat there with my phone like that I would get fired!

Shipped an item 6/18 for a NDA saver and they told me it will be guaranteed to be delivered the next day by the end of the day which should have been 6/19. I tried calling the store and left a message to call me back but no one even bothered reaching out. When I called customer support, apparently they didn't start shipping my stuff until almost 7pm and that's why it got delivered a day after it's supposed to be delivered which is 6/20. They basically charged me $96 for it to be delivered late.

Had multiple items to return to Amazon and they insisted that it was fine to put them all in the same box and ship them together (it sounded they just didn’t want to individually box the items). I reluctantly said ok, and now two of the items have been lost in transit for about a month. Good job guys.

If you want to be treated like a second rate human come here, especially if you are not white. Came in waited in line like any other person. Some random white guy barges in the door runs right past me when its my turn to come up. Employees don't care they just continue doing business as usual. I speak up and ask if that guy gets preferential treatment here since he didn't have to wait at all. White employee goes in a high voice " YOU ARE BEING RUDE WHY DONT YOU CALM DOWN." I am like that guy just cut in front of me after I been here for the whole time. She doesn't say anything. White guy in front of me then gives me the middle finger and tells me to go F my self. Full staff is here cool with it, no one says anything, keeps on helping the dude that just told me to go F myself and gave me the middle finger. Customer care at its finest.

Would give 0 stars if possible. After calling ahead, service requested wasn't available. When asking for further help, store associate became verbally abusive.

Great service. I was greeted immediately. Nobody tried to upsell me or give me attitude like the NYC location I recently visited.They were friendly with me and were friendly to each other (the team members), which is great to be around. I went in on Saturday morning, there was no wait and it was good experience. They were friendly and helpful. The store had a clean appearance.
