I called before I went to see if they handle Amazon returns via UPS and specifically told them I have a scan code and they said sure, bring it down. But when I got there, I was told Id have to go to a full service UPS store. This Staples is no longer listed as a return spot on Amazon, by the way. The service here is not good.

I really wanted to like Staples And with that said, I have nothing against the employees there - who have been nothing but wonderful for the most part - and extremely attentiveI also even love the merchandise there, even though I have a hard time figuring out how they justify the costs of some of their products (you can get office supplies significantly cheaper at the Dollar Tree or Walmart)My issue is primarily with the computer system they use that consistently double charges you - I have not experienced this with any other large corporationThere have been multiple times I would get a double charge on my credit or debit card which I only notice because I consistently check my bank statements It is a hassle to go all the way out there, and even when they refund you - they do not give you all your money back because they keep the taxesIt is just a hassle and I just really don't trust going there - the cashier also confirmed with me that it is an ongoing issue with their computer system that they double charge customers and most people don't realize it

I come in here to print various documents from time to time since I no longer have a printer at home. The prices are so good and the staff makes it such a quick and easy process that I don't foresee myself ever buying another printer. They have a great selection of unique crayola crayon and marker colors that you don't see at most other stores. I will also note that this is the first place I was able to locate paper towels and toilet paper during the pandemic!!
