The sales system was acting up when I shopped at this location and I was charged twice for my $300 purchase. After over an hour they told me their corporate office and IT tram would have to work it out and I would be contacted.Two weeks later I received no updates nor any calls or responses. I finally disputed it with my credit card company. It's now been well over a month if not two, and I still have not been refunded.Needless to say my experience has been abysmal.

They censor reviews on the website, my review was taken down of the Marty jacket because it was 1 star after receiving it and being a size larger than I normally wear, it still didn't fit in the arms, this brand you have to have noodle arms it seems. 2XL at 5'10" with I guess above average bicep size, and I could not bend my arms as if to give a hug without feeling like I was going to tear the seams. I wear XL in everything else, tee's and such. Very disappointed because the overall quality of the jacket seemed good and it was very nice, wished it fit, but I got it as a gift and will just give it to someone with noodle arms.

I have always seen the commercials and finally was able to visit this brick & mortar store inside Ross Park Mall. Upon entering I was greeted properly & questioned what I was looking for & how shirts fit me. My fiancé was offered a bottle of water while I tried on their exclusive sanitized “sizing” shirts to get the proper fit. Once finding what fit was right for my body, all I had to do was pick a shirt I wanted and they brought it from the back individually wrapped. During check out, I was then offered & excepted a “palate warmer” which spoke to the brand and their attention to creating a phenomenal customer experience. The shirts are well designed, high quality, made to fit exactly the same, making it worth the extra cost.

Totally unreasonable customer service. I guess you like to pay for over-priced poor quality shirts. Uncooperative and inflexible company policies. AVOID!!!!

My friend from out of town bought her husband a shirt for Christmas, the shirts are beautifully made and the material luxurious. Excellent customer service. Was surprised to see a tray with array of "firewater" to sip on while browsing, a first ever for me!
