Probably my worst experience in terms of using any Pitt's service. I sent a request on Ride Systems app around 2:50 am. Nothing happened till 3:10 so I called them and they said they never received the request, and it would take another 30 mins to get to where I was. I walked back to my place alive, but if someone else got robbed or shot these saferider people better take their responsibilities.

Bruh I called them and they didn’t take my number and that’s when I knew, they were bsing. I called back and said do you need my number ? And they said no but sure we will take it. How else would they let me know that they’re outside ? Then, after 30 minutes of waiting I called back and they did not pick up. This is a university service and should not have this kind of poor and subpar service. I am upset and very annoyed .
