I stayed in Coronado for 4 years in a 1bhk, small efficiency and studio. I loved renting every unit at Coronado. It is literally in the heart of Shadyside with access to multiple grocery stores, hospitals, and restaurants. They respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours. You can just send out at an email to Max (leasing agent) and he would make sure to address it immediately. Also, the building manager Lista is very helpful and kind. Highly recommend!!

It was a wonderful experience staying in Greenbriar apartments for the last 2 years. Interaction with Ann Sanpietro from leasing office has always been awesome. She would understand the situation and would provide a solution as soon as she could.Maintenance people also has been very good in resolving any situation we had at home.

I’ve lived at Colony West for almost a year now. Ive much much enjoyed it. It’s one of the most affordable complexes in the Pittsburgh area I looked at when searching. Every unit comes with a storage unit downstairs which is amazing & no extra charge for it. There is so much closet space which is a huge perk! Michele (landlord) is fantastic! When I moved in Michele had my bathroom fan replaced because it was noisy, gave me a brand new dishwasher when it broke, & any other thing I needed maintence was always on top of it! She’s super great to work with & truly cares about the happiness of the tenants. I was able to upgrade my lease halfway through to a bigger unit & was able to transfer my security deposit with no problem! Colony West is within walking distance of Walgreens & Walmart & has no many other amenities. The pool & gym are nice as well. Definitely the best apartment complex I’ve lived at i would highly recommend.

Annamarie is a very nice lady. She is very understanding and will work with you.Sometimes it is hard to get a hold of her but she will answer eventually even if you have to contact her a few times. She has worked with me multiple times with multiple situations.
