Spent $500 for human hair extensions and $500 plus tip to install. I was told the extensions would last up to a year. I changed my hair color and wanted to get the extensions lightened to match my summer hue. I was told that I could not dye or bleach the hair. I bought human hair for the sole purpose of having them a long time and being able to change the color. I took them to another stylist and she told me the extensions were synthetic and could not be lightened. So now I have wasted a large amount of money and Ulta will not exchange or refund my money.

The curbside here is terrible. Every time I try to use this service (usually I’ll place an order and pick it up on my lunch break) there’s an issue. I’ll check in wait in my car for 10-15 no one comes. I ended up having to go in and then the girl couldn’t find my order she was looking under the wrong letter (never asked the spelling). Made me late getting back to work. Every time it’s an issue I wouldn’t recommend their curbside if you’re in a hurry. People use curbside for the convenience and if you can’t provide this why even offer it?

Worst customer service. Website says they are open at noon today. I go at 12:30 and they tape a sign up changing it to 1pm. I sit here for 30 mins for them toCome out right before 1 and change it to 2pm. Then say sorry it is what it is. They do not care!
