If you're looking for that old-fashioned, customer-centric type of business, then this is the place for you. Every aspect was A+. The price was reasonable, the interactions pleasent, the time it took them to complete the job was insanely fast, the communication was above and beyond, the job they did was outstanding. I can not find one sign of the collision, and I felt valued as a customer, etc... Even took the time to look at somethi g completely unrelated, for my piece of mind. OUTSTANDING! I am very happy with the work. Very few places you go to anymore will someone offer you an old fashioned (never thought I'd see that day I call that old fashioned) hand-shake and a smile. I am very impressed by this business and the owner James Trunzo.

My Daughter from Northern Virginia Lucked into Trunzos after having an accident in Pittsburgh. She insisted towing her car there after Jimmy answered the phone on the Friday evening of Veterans Day Weekend. The tow company tried to force her to take it to "Their Body Shop" the vibe she got from Trunzos was spot on.
Through out the estimating and repair process Jimmy communicated with the Insurance Company and us as well.
The Car was Completed on the timeline initally estimated by Trunzos and Looks Fantastic, I highly Recommed Trunzos.
Jimmy, Thank you for your Superior Service. It would be easy to have had a Negative vibe on Pittsburgh after having an accident and having to get the vehicle repaired away from home but you completely changed that feeling.
