On March 7, 2023, I visited my local Busy Beaver store in Castle Shannon. I should say here that I have never had a bad experience in this store. The representatives have always been helpful, friendly, and professional.On March 7, my cashier was Meegan and she asked if I would need help loading the 4 bags of potting soil I bought on sale. I said, "No, I'd be fine," thanked her and left. When I backed up my car to the stack of potting soil, there was Meegan standing there waving at me. She joked, "I don't listen well" and helped me load the bags in the car. I thanked her and tried to give her a lottery ticket which she declined.Please tell her how much I appreciated her attitude and help.Mike

Older staff is helpful. However, the younger woman that works the counter was more involved in having personal conversations than with helping customers. She was rude and unprofessional.

I was in the Weirton, WV Busy Beaver yesterday and they actually had employees asking their customers if they needed some assistance, and I did. LEESIA approached me with an open willingness to really help me—not just point to an aisle. She walked me to each item I inquired about and was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and extremely helpful. I had all of my items in a short time. I haven’t been assisted in a store like that since the 80’s! It was a really good experience. I asked if she received commission, and she told me they didn’t. What a shame. She was Wonderful; she deserves some kind of recognition from her employer! Thanks again, LEESIA!!

The Ellwood store is extremely overpriced and half the shelves are empty. I cannot recommend shopping for home improvement supplies at this store.

Employee Anthony Farr went out of his way to get discontinued light bulbs that we needed.He is an employee at the Fairmont , WVA store and located them at the Elkins, WVA store.A great employee!

The front door opens up half half and comes back and hits me hard enough to stop me dead in my tracks I call Corp a a bunch of times leaving message and no calls back no are you ok nothing,andthis has happened to multiple people including there own employees and they dont care not a very good way to do business...

Busy Beaver building Center in White Oak, Pennsylvania. Heavyset woman clerk refused to wear a mask walking about the store. When confronted she said she had a doctors excuse. Without a mask talking 1 foot away to an 80-year-old woman. Unbelievable. I will not return. ... Read More
