Eric & Steve are great mechanics. I take both my trucks & my wife’s car here. They are honest, reliable and do great work. They also inspect trailers as well.

Just had my Honda CRV serviced at Troubleshooters again. Tim and his crew are excellent mechanics. They are very reasonable, and I have been taking my car to them for many years. I remember the first time I worked with them and came in with a self diagnosis of new brakes and Tim told me "I'd like to put brakes on your car but it doesn't need them". I have trusted them ever since and they never let me down. I had a Saab Station Wagon which was the object of a lemon lawsuit. I had the car into the dealer 11 times. Paul had it for 1 day and fixed the problem. If you're looking for coddling and someone to tell you what you want to hear, this is probably not your shop. If you want competent, truthful service, you're in the right place.

The service was great. I received a call that I would be charged $100 for a smoke service for the emissions test, I was fine with it. When I went to pick up my car there were some extra charges on my bill. $100 charge for driving the car on a filed test. I wasn’t notified of this charge. They honored the original charges. I appreciate receiving stand up service!

Start going here when other shops seemed unreasonably priced. I have been completely happy ever since. Great service and reasonable prices!

Troubleshooters is AMAZING. They’re so good that my entire family takes our cars here. I moved 35 minutes away and still take my car here even though there’s a shop 2 minutes down the street. I tried taking my car to the shop close to me any regretted it so I’m just going to stick with Troubleshooters. They’re honest and fair. I highly recommend them!

The oil light in my car started flickering one day while running errands. It would flicker then come on steady when the car stopped, then go off when driving. Called the dealership and was cautioned that a repair might go a couple thousand, depending on what they found. Took the car to a repair shop, paid eighty dollars for an estimate cost of four hundred forty four dollars to fix. Then I took it to Troubleshooters. I grew up in a place where in several blocks there was a hardware store, a candy store, a local bar, a savings and loan, an Isalys, a shoe repair shop, an electronic repair shop, a grocery, a bakery, a drug store, a barber shop, cleaners, and then up the street a ways, Scotty's Garage. This was where everyone took there cars for repairs. It was a garage. You brought your car down the driveway, went into the garage, told Scotty what was going on, then left. He called you later, told you what needed doing, what it would cost, when you could pick up your car. This is exactly what happened in this garage, although I waited while Paul listened to what I said, then put the in the air while I sat behind the check out desk and watched. Shortly after, he came over, told me I needed a switch which he would get the next day, and it would cost me one hundred sixty dollars. This gave me pause. He said that the switch needed replaced and repeated the cost. So I agreed, a bit skeptically, thinking I would be getting another call the following day with a higher price. I also asked him to check the air filter. A bit after nine o'clock am the next day, I got a call saying the car was done, I didn't need an air filter, and the cost was what he quoted plus the fee for using a credit card since the credit card companies were killing businesses with their fees. There was a sign posted on the wall in the shop, apologising for having to do this. I must say that I was happy to do this, considering what this shop did for me - repair my car in the manner I once experienced going to an honest repair shop. So, my recommendation is this - when needing a car repair, take it to a few shops for estimates, then let Troubleshooters fix it. Their crew is friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to fix your car. Go to their website site for times and location. This place needs more recognition for great service, so when you go there, leave a review.,

Literally the best service I've ever had on my car. Professional and kind and I would recommend them for everyone! As a woman who knows nothing about cars I've been overcharged and misused by mechanics everywhere, this is the first time I felt like I completely trusted the work being done and wasn't afraid I was being scammed. So grateful for this place!!

We had them check out the car we wanted to buy from a nearby reseller, they took us right away and showed us everything we needed to see on the car. Really nice people and great pricing!

Got an appointment with no problem for an inspection and dropped car off night before at convenient drop. Eric called next am to let me know what work needed done. I expected I would need rear brakes, and they did replace them. Very quick but professional and Covid compliant. Friendly and job well done!Services: Brakes

I took my car down because I thought I needed new struts and shocks or ball joints or something? They offered to throw it on the rack and look it over for $50. When I went back to pick up my car they said my car was ok and didn't need anything. My model year car just has a "soft" suspension. Maybe brakes and tires in the next year but nothing else. That's crazy honesty right there. I'll definitely be going back.

I provided parts, they charged me every way they could to make money. An hours labor to removed lug nuts, an hours labor to replace a small lightbulb, half an hours labor just to remove calipers. It should been a $180 brake replacement and inspection, it cost me over $300. If you like wasting money on your car then go here. If you don’t like wasting money and have a fair price, go literally anywhere else. Terrible value.
