I had two older Steelcase office chairs in my home office. I was looking for something new, and remembered that I had purchased some pre-owned office furniture from them years ago. When we arrived we were greeted by Laki. We told Laki that we were interested in a new chair for our home office. Laki spent time listening to what we were looking for and showing us the new and pre-owned chairs that were in stock. The minute that I sat down in a Steelcase Leap V2 I knew that was the chair. It is great to see that companies with great customer service still exist. Everyone we interacted with that day at Tri-State added to our great experience.

Tri-State made replacing our old office furniture very easy and affordable. The crew was on time, professional, and efficient. In a matter of a few hours our office had a new look.

We have used Tri-State Office Furniture two times now. It was a seamless experience both times. We bought office furniture for our new office and Tri-State worked with us to look over all options, ordering and installation of everything. Our office was not ready and we had to move our install dates a few times and they were very accommodating. We would defiantly recommend using them!! And we will use them for any future office furniture needs. Thank you!

Ideal place if you're looking to upgrade to something more forgiving on your posture than your run of the mill IKEA/OfficeMax office chair. Staggering amount of inventory, and plenty of mind condition pre-owned/refurbished models from top of the line brands for a fraction of the MSRP. Laki made the experience a breeze--very knowledgeable, very welcoming, and very patient. Great options, great value, and great staff, strongly recommended.

Looked up Tri-State online and walked in as an individual customer for my residential office space, as I work from home. Was greeted and a salesperson came right out to show me around the warehouse. Laki, was personable, professional and attentive. We had a good idea of what office chairs we wanted going in and Laki efficiently helped us hone in on the perfect choice.
