Trek Bicycle Robinson Township provides awesome and friendly customer service with a knowledgeable and helpful staff. The experience is great, with fantastic and welcoming chill vibes. The team is extremely helpful and informative, assisting with finding new bikes, servicing all makes of bikes, and installing accessories. Their service turn-around times are great. Staff members respond to questions and go above and beyond, providing a highly recommended experience for purchases, service, and everything bike-related.

Great shop. Stopped in to look for a replacement for my 14 year old Trek that had developed a crack in the frame. Staff an techs were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Stopped in today with some questions on the rim set up on my older (non Trek) bike. Nate went out of his way to give information and advice that helped greatly. This was my first trip ever to a Trek store and I would recommend this one. I will be back soon for sure to have my old rig serviced!
