This is a wonderful bike shop. They were able to fix problems on two bikes recently - one simple and one complex - and I was happy with the entire process both times. The staff was able to diagnose the problem immediately, communicate clearly about timeline, and make the repair with an eye on affordability but an even keener eye on quality. I appreciate very much the time the mechanic took to get things right.

A really outstanding repair / customer service experience in every way. Even though the bike that I brought in was a different brand and not one that I had purchased there, the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. In particular, Connor went out of his way to fully understand my situation and provide recommendations and solutions that were best for me. I highly recommend this shop!

CAN'T SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH!
EJ - you are the best!!!
I wrecked at 4:15pm, brought my bike in by 4:45pm, and they had me fixed, tuned, and out the door by 5:45pm. First thing EJ did was offer me a first aid kit when I told him I crashed.
Everyone was super kind, easy to talk to, and made sure I was set up with a functioning bike before I left. I will go here from now on. Thanks again!!

They offer superb service and quality products. The staff are professional and really passionate about bicycles. They don't just sell. They will converse and be with their customers to know what they really need. I have noticed too a good teamwork in the workplace. Lastly, I really love how they would immediately responded to a concern of mine. Thank you to you guys! This is highly recommended!

Walked in to fix a flat, and the guy tried to convince me to do a $300 repair on a $500 bike. I am sure if your customer has a 10k bike you can try to gouge them like that, but definitely not me.

Thank you Trek Pittsburgh!
I had every intention of riding 62mi this morning. I got out the door at 6:30am, and at the bottom of the first hill, decided my brakes weren't working safely. I made it back home, loaded up the bike and headed over to the Trek shop.
Connor listened to me tell him what was happening originally, how I tried to fix it (and failed), and showed me the right way to adjust the brakes. I was in and out with enough time for about half my intended ride.
Really appreciate the folks there. They are nice and do good work.
