“I was told not to share the secret of Brunner's garage by the owner, Mike and his receptionist (grand-daughter), for fear of the garage being over run by customers when I said that this wonderful garage should be advertised on the 'Internet and TV. I stumbled upon this gem through Duke's Tires a couple of blocks away in SouthSide. I was in and out of the garage even though Brunner's was short employees just for the day. Now that's professionalism with a 'neighborhood touch'!!!”

When I arrived, I spoke with big Al who immediately recorded the information for my truck and got me in the system quickly.By the time I sat down in the luxury waiting room, my truck was already being brought in. Tom showed up in less than fifteen minutes, changed my tire out in less than five, and sent me on my way. Wish I had him on speed dial on my phone but honestly couldn’t recommend this place any higher. If you call in ask for Tom!”

“I'm very happy with my experience there - Adam is a true professional and a 100% straight-shooter. I had gotten into a bad run with the Toyota dealership for my 2008 Camry where every visit they "discovered" more things that should be fixed (at exorbitant prices). They even damaged my AC system while changing the water pump, told me it was normal age and wear, and were going to charge me big bucks to fix it. Adam did what almost no shop does these days. He brought me into the garage and showed me exactly what happened to my AC - the Toyota mechanic had left a line disconnected and the main serpentine belt wore a hole into it. He also showed me that about half of the things that Toyota wanted to "fix" were still fine, and found one or two other items that could use service in the near future. He showed and/or demonstrated each one. He gave me an estimate, then ordered the parts and did the work. I was back on the road in 2 days. I am very happy with the quality of his work, and will definitely be back to Schneider's when needed (hopefully not for a while). He's probably not the cheapest around, but I believe that you get what you pay for (unless it's a dealership). He warranties his work for 2 years, which is impressive.Services: Steering & suspension repair”

“It was absolutely the best towing experience I’ve ever experienced in my life if there is such a thing.The gentleman, by the name of John, was courteous, friendly, willing to do anything that I asked him to do or needed him to do. Not only did he toe me to the dealership I wanted to go to, but he had me sitting in the truck with the heat on in this cold weather and asked me if I needed anything and it was just 100% perfect. I’m from the cranberry Township area, And I wasn’t sure if I had a ride home, And this gentleman offered to ride me home all the way from Etna, Pa. Fortunately, I was able to find a way home with a Rent-A-Car using his advice. I would recommend Ferra’s 1000% to anyone who is looking for a professional, honest garage or towing company.”
“I didn't actually use this service because Pittsburgh PD stated that only "their" service was permitted. This is a being a basic decent human review. A couple of your guys showed up after I had my very 1st car accident. Out of everyone I came into contact with; your guys helped me through it. I understand everyone has a job to do but sometimes its just someone being there talking to you helps the most in a moment that you feel so alone,, exposed and mortified .I really wish I was able to throw some business your way.
