About a 15 minute loop of no one answering the phone, being directed to a customer service desk associate who re-paged the tool/truck rental who continued to not answer...repeat x3. Once finally someone answered, she was incredibly dismissive. "We have zero trucks, we have no idea when they'll be back. Sometimes it's 1 hour sometimes it's three days so no I don't know if there will be any later" and then she hung up without saying anything. I take it she was having a bad morning, but still pretty abrasive and rude. I've rented trucks from HD before, and they always ask when you plan on returning. Any effort or insight would've been appreciated.

Bought a washer and dryer, the delivery company stuck it on my back porch and told my daughter they weren't bringing it in.

Absolutely terrible service! Manager is extremely rude. I ordered a microwave offline and it was damaged. I called corporate Home Depot whom told me I could return it to any store. That i might not get a refund depending on the store but I would 100% get store credit. The manager at this store refused to help us and blamed us for lieing, that corporate wouldn’t say that! Never shop here!

so i get to Home Depot for curbside pickup. there is a lady checking me in. she tells me to pull in slot 2. She never tells me not to call. There are signs everywhere to say call when you get to the store. So I call, the girl scolds me saying we know you are here. we will come out when your order is ready. I say well im only calling because your sign says to call. she says i know. hangs up. hey management , if you change your policy , then DONT PUT SIGNS UP SAYING TO CALL. or tell your employees to be understanding when ppl following instructions do call.

I've been shopping here for years, spent countless thousands of dollars here, but I'm done. It's never been great, but the location is most convenient for me. But yesterday was the final straw. Website says they have an item in stock, I go to store to purchase it, can't find it where it's supposed to be. Can't find an employee to help me. I figure I'll order online and let them find it. A few hours later, I get the notification that it "has been picked and verified by our store associates and is located at the Customer Service Desk." So I head over and she tells me to wait a moment while she gets it and heads to the shelf where its supposed to be. 15 minutes later, she hasn't returned, the same 3 employees are still bullshitting, so I cancel my order online and walk out.

As we walked into the store an employee almost ran my son over exiting out the entrance with a full cart. He wasn't paying attention to what he was doing. I then waited over 20 minutes for assistance in appliances. No one bothered to show up even when paged. I walked out. I won't be back.
