Bigger dude with long hair and wearing a black mask was very rude and combative yesterday. It was like I was inconveniencing him even walking up to the counter. I don’t know what his problem was.I was going to rent a box truck and he was trying to tell me they don’t do that… I said yes you do… he said not for over 5 years… bro… I literally rented and returned a Penske box truck from you a couple months ago! And they even had them in the parking lot. I looked right at them. He was so rude and I wasn’t gonna waste my efforts trying to convince someone like that, so I left and got one from Uhaul down the road who were actually friendly and quick to deal with. Should’ve went there all along, and I will again in the future.This Home Depot is the absolute WORST. Everyone’s attitudes are very bad and the service is horrible.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT!!! I purchased washer dryer set to be delivered 9/17. They never showed up. Never called. Went on line and found one star rating on Yelp. Home Depot uses a bogus delivery company. R.A.S. You could wait months for your delivery. HOME depot doesn’t answer their phone so I went there in person. Spoke with Lou. Cancelled my order on 9/18. TodY is 9/27. Still waiting for my money back.

I love Hone Depot! I'm there so much that one of the cashier's jokingly told me they had an apron for me. I almost always receive exceptional service. Sam in the doors dept. is very pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Everyone I've dealt with in flooring was pleasant and professional. Even when they are retrieving carts from outside, they offer to put my heavy items in my car. I love Home Depot! Maybe I should work there.?

This (east liberty) Home Depot is not enforcing the mask mandate. Employees are great, but many customers are wearing masks under their chins and even blatantly not at all with no consequences. The community spread is at an all time high right now. Home Depot should be doing more to protect it's employees and compliant customers by requiring PROPERLY worn masking or an escort out of the building.

I do agree with some of the above reviews, But I will say this for SAM in the exterior door dept. He answered my call when I asked him to check to see if the doors were available. He said he would call back, to give him time to check. He called back about 30 min and I was disappointed they only had (1). I asked if I could order them and he took my order and he e-mailed my receipt. I checked everything and it was correct. SAM was very polite and took his time with me. I think he deserves recognition for his effort, I just hope when my doors come in - everything goes smoothly. Thank you SAM

Never try to get propane here. You wait in line forever because you need to see the one human cashier. Then when you take your code to the kiosk, it's broken and you have to wait for an associate who never shows. If you call to try to get someone to come out, you sit on hold forever. And then when you give up, abandon your empty tank and go inside for help, they tell you there is no propane and seem baffled as to why you are annoyed.

Abysmal service when it came to finding and getting verification on a 700 dollar order for fencing that was placed. Bad enough I wasted 2 hours on the phone on hold and in person to get the info and that's after the first time I was given the paperwork for an totally incorrect order . They were going to deliver a wrong order to me. I caught it at the last second . Then some brash foul yinzer lady got involved and thought raising her voice to me when she wasn't involved in helping rectify the problem.she is the reason they will lose customers. She had longer hair in a ponytail and a horrible pens tattoo on her lower leg. If you see her change checkout lanes.

Employees are never around when u need help. There's never enough cashiers. It should have to wait in line for 25 minutes. Credit card readers in self check out have been broken for MONTHS. Will call orders are NEVER ready. Even when calling hours in advance to things ready.

one of the great things that Home Depot does for their customer base is to supply rental tools and equipment for bobcat two escalators two trailers to pick up trucks and other tools that are used in the general contracting distance of so dear pro are our purchases are customer able to rent a tool for a short. Of time and the price is a little bit pricey but there is no better in the community out of that Midway on Midway copies Home depot's prices so that they can compete in the market
