The world needs more people like Tom. Truly great guy. Called around to garages to patch a tire that was leaking. Everyone told me Friday at the earliest. Gave Tom a call and he told me to bring it whenever, so I showed up about 30 minutes later. Pulled right in the lot and he patched my tire, shook my hand and told me I was good to go. Asked what I owed him and he told me I was all good. Told him I knew where I was getting my work done from now on. If anyone knows what his favorite beer is, let me know so I can drop a case off.

Toms on glass run is the best repair shop. I will always take ny car. Its a 2011 and since repaired is running like its brand new. I can't say enough about how much i trust them and how fair their cost is!

Stripped all my lugnuts and didn't care to tell me. Would have been nice to be informed and not find out myself when I tried to take the wheel off! Esp after spending how much money! Won't be back.

Excellent service here at Tom's. My husband has been bringing his vehicles here since we moved to the area. It is a very convenient location for us being so close. We have no complaints.

THEY LITERALLY PICKED ME UP IN THE RAIN SO I DIDNT HAVE TO WALK BACK - These dudes are certified 5/5. Tom is great to talk to and Kevin went above and beyond what was needed ensuring I got my car back same day. Feel schammed and feel like they made me buy parts that were not needed. Also put a lock on my window so now Iï¸ can't use Iï¸t. Said Iï¸t was broke before... Iï¸t wasn't but now t is thanks!!!
