“The operator reset my tire pressure sensors with a computer and as a result my remote starter was made inactive. I took it back to the store in Bellevue and they forward me to Flynn tire to resolve. Called Flynn and they were at first upset with me and said that not sure if the sensor reset had anything to do with it. He set a appt to bring it in to Flynn but found on the internet who to reprogram my remote starter remote and I resolve led the issue my self. Was not satisfied with the handling of accountability on the problem Discount Tire created. Thx.”

“Today was my first experience at Vince’s Automotive and great is an understatement! The owner Brian was incredibly kind, generous, and informative as well as the mechanics being professional and thorough. My vehicle needed multiple services done including inspection and they were able to do everything for me in one day being that I am always on the go. Their pricing is far more realistic and honest than any other shop I have taken it to. No wonder this family owned small business has lasted as long as it has. Great service with great people! “I needed a tire repair to my left front tire. Joe, one of the service technicians did a excellent job of doing the repair and getting me into the shop and out very quickly.
Upon the removal of the tire Joe noticed that I had front brake issues with my brake caliper and made me aware of the safety issue.
I just wanted to thank Joe and the management for recognizing the issue with the brakes to make me and my family safe. :-)

“Even though I have lived in this neighborhood for 2 decades, I had never been to Lockhart Tires. I called this morning to see if they would try to patch a tire with a nail in it. Not only did they take me same day, the fixed my tire for a VERY reasonable price, and they did it in 15 minutes while I waited. So happy with the outcome. Thank you!”

“I had an awesome experience with Tao’s Auto Service! The owner and mechanics did a fantastic job fixing my Infiniti Q50. They took the time to actually listen, explain what went wrong, and walk me through how they fixed it.... something you rarely get at places like Midas or dealerships.
They completely resolved the body/exhaust loud rattling noise, did an oil and filter service, and even identified a tricky trunk issue that Midas refused to touch. Unlike other shops that brush you off or leave the problem unsolved, Tao’s Auto Service got it right the first time.

“I found a screw in my tire, called Kress to see if I needed to book an appointment, they told me that wasn’t necessary and to “come right in”. The total wait time from me walking in the front door to walking out with a repaired tire took about 40 minutes. And again, that’s with NO appointment. Not to mention the price for a patched tire was very fair. I’m very impressed with how quickly they got me in and out the door, and the fairness of their pricing. Will definitely be coming back for any tire-related services moving forward!”

“I've taken my car there for 7 years now. He is honest, friendly, and dependable. The type of mechanic that won't sell you something you don't need. Instead, tell you the problem, his price, and what it may take to do on your own if you choose to. Other places will find no issues but call with 5 things that could hypothetically happen some day and beg you to let them do it. I don't take my car anywhere else now.”
“I came into the NTB at McIntyre Sq in the North Hills of Pittsburgh this morning without an appointment. Had a nail in one of my tires that the guys took a look at within minutes. They couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable. I’m going back to that location whenever I have a tire or battery issue.”
“My first time going there this week for new tires. I called ahead to inquire and spoke to Nate, who was really nice and helpful. Answered my questions, explained things in a respectful way. I asked his recommendations on tires for my car, and what time was best for me to come in, and arrived during that time frame. It took maybe 15 minutes total. Lightning fast compared to other places. “My brakes started making some crunching noises while I was driving and I just happened to pull over by factory tires and full service.
I was very lucky to pull over here because I had a great experience. I was just a girl on my own and I didn’t feel like anybody was trying to increase any prices on me or force any services on me.
They were very kind and I brought my car in at 5 o’clock and they had me out by 6 o’clock. I’ll definitely be coming back here to schedule my yearly inspection!”
“I didn't even know that fixing a bent wheel was possible. The wheels on my Tesla are $1000 each. Ouch! I hit a big pothole and it bent the wheel. I somehow found this place and service and for $127 they were able to fix my wheel. They were very upfront that it may not be fixable but luckily it was. I was so happy.”
“I've come here a few times now and all were good experiences but I wanted to say I keep coming back for a reason. Every time, the guys treat me with respect. They answer all my questions with no disinterest or attitude. They're helpful and friendly. Recently, they squeezed me in to get my winter tires put on. Sure, they had my car all day but I knew they had to be busy and were going out of their way to fit me in and I truly appreciate that. That's not common. Most places will make you wait days to weeks. The guys from drop off to pick up were all wonderful.”

UPDATE: prices are starting to get a bit expensive. As much money as they make and as a continuous/consistent returning customer, the service is not as good as it was before. I was told they didn't do welding on mufflers, and they sent me down the street to another shop. Which was fine. But then I went back for an oil change and was asked about my muffler situation, which about a month apart, and all of a sudden, now they can repair mufflers. He ordered the exhaust for me, but I never went back to get the job done. He was overcharging me for the work. I ended up going to master muffler and received a way better deal and waited for my car that was done an hour. My opinion they are just being greedy at this point. I haven't been back since then. And I was loyal to flynns tires. I guess things are always good in the beginning. Never again.”
