I called this store to inquire about getting numerous pieces of jewelry cleaned, which we purchased from this store...The lady I spoke with on September 21st told me to bring them in and they would gladly clean them. If they needed to be sent out, she quoted the price and said that it would take 3 weeks for them to come back
We took 8 pieces in that day and one of the salespeople asked how she could help me. I told her I had called that morning and was told to bring in the pieces that I needed cleaned. At that point, an African American saleslady approached the counter and interrupted our conversation to tell us that they have a limit of 6 pieces that can be cleaned at a time...
Was she a manager, don't know because she never identified herself!!!
In my opinion, she could have told me, we have a limit, but we'll do it this time....
In the future I would not purchase anything from this store and wouldn't recommend this store to anyone

The sales consultants and manager at Tiffany & Co at Ross Park Mall are the absolute best! ever since we took our duck there on his 21st birthday 2 years ago they've made us feel like family. Jennifer was so kind letting us try different chains on our little Scramble duck until we found the absolute perfect one! Scrambles has enjoyed wearing his Tiffany Blue (r) clasping link chain with the RTT charm to various events and gatherings The past couple years and We found the most perfect crown charm in silver for him yesterday on his 23rd birthday! They had an entire spread ready and birthday card for his arrival It was just so precious! 5 out of 5 stars!

Like every Tiffany & Co., the staffs was courteous and professional. Again, the place was super shinny and bright. The staffs was friendly and answered all my questions patiently. I didn’t end up buying what I was looking for; but my friend did made a purchase. Overall, yes I will come back to shop here again.

I've had a great experience the last few times I've shopped at this store.Mr. John Klein is a wonderful, attentive salesman, he tries to help you as much as possible and that your purchase is satisfactory.I will surely come back for more.Update:Mr. John is still an excellent salesman; he has helped me add a new T bracelet and a new Victorian ring to my collection. Whenever I call him, I write messages, he answers me; he is the best seller, friendly, respectful and attentive.

Do you guys buy like wedding registration items? This one is very old. I don't know where to sell it. What time's being hard is ever right now. I need to figure out where I can sell it so I can get some money for gas and my children

I like the store layout, while they don't secure all the top pieces I don't hesitate to go there for staples. And the customer service is top notch!

I took my wedding and engagement rings here to be resized a few months ago. When I picked them up, I just happened to have my toddler with me, and he started to have a meltdown in the store so I rushed him out. However once I got to the car I noticed that a small diamond had fallen out of the band of my engagement ring!! Since I still had my toddler, I knew he couldn’t handle going all the way back into the mall so I called the store from the parking lot. They said that I would have to go through my own personal insurance to pay for the repairs to my ring. It had been less than half an hour between picking up my ring and getting to my car when I noticed a missing diamond. I 100% believe that the ring had been damaged when Tiffany’s resized it, allowing for the small diamond to fall out. I ultimately filled out a few surveys and spoke with a few managers but everyone kept saying I had to go through my insurance in order to get Tiffany’s to pay for the repair. Well it ended up being “only” $160 to repair which is less than what it would have cost me to go through insurance and so I just payed for it myself. Unfortunately when I picked it up from being repaired today, the salesperson misspoke and said to me that they would never charge me for something like that— well they did. I’m very disappointed, I still feel like Tiffany’s let me down. I trusted them to resize my engagement ring, they failed and damaged it, but refuse to make it right. They should have been responsible for fixing my engagement ring… especially a brand like “Tiffany’s” you would think they would care about their jewelry and their customers more than this. Be forewarned this holiday season if you make purchases from this location- they will not have your back.

Came in 3 months ago and bought a bracelet for my girlfriend. I had it engraved. It was a little too big for her so we said hey, next time we're at Ross Park we'll take it in and have it sized up. She tried it on and thats it. It sat in her lil sack that they gave us for 3 months. Soooo, we are headed to Ross Park Mall last weekend and I tell her to bring her bracelet. We stop in and meet a young lady which we told we needed to have a bracelet sized that directed us to a guy who informed us that it would be $55.00 to have sized and it would be sent away for 3 weeks to NYC. No big deal! I asked him if it could just be exchanged and he said ya but the bracelet we have is scuffed up and unable to be re-sold. He was talking to my gf and I overheard it but I didn't know if I heard it correctly. I asked him to repeat. The twerp said that we scuffed it up and there were scrapes on it. He took offense that I asked to be excused and if he could repeat what he said. Then he had the courage to say we pretty much destroyed the necklace and that it was unable to be resold. My girlfriend doesnt wear bracelets a whole lot to begin with, and I swear that the only time this thing came out of the bag was to look at it, try it on and put it back in and say it was too big. I continued to ask him why they would sell me a scratched necklace then because she never wore it. Of course we were liars and we got a smart a** anwser. I asked for the manager who approached us and said she was sorry but the bracelet was scratched and there was nothing she could do but send it to get sized for $55.00. I was ok with that until s&*$ for brains was a smart a** about how we scratched a bracelet we never wore. I contacted Tiffany and Co. in NYC and they are sizing the bracelet for free. I explained the situation and they are resolving the issue. This will be the last piece of jewlery I ever buy from Tiffany and Co. They left a bad taste in my mouth over a $600 bracelet. Not a large ticket item within their collection but principle is, treat your customers with respect and take care of them. They'll be back to purchase more. I have bought several pieces from this store and again, will not be back. Harry Winston has a much better selection and I have purchased a piece for my girlfriend and a piece for my mother for Christmas this year. I recommend checking them out. Pandora is a great alternative as well. Stay clear of these people.
