I wrote a review a few years ago, apparently it must’ve gotten taken down. I remember calling this place for days trying to get an answer on if I could get an appointment, no one picked up, when they finally did was told I couldn’t get an appointment. So no wonder I’m not in the system y’all never even put me in for an appointment. Had the woman that talked to me was nice about it I would’ve been fine but being rude because I want an appointment? Who tf does that. I’m glad I went to URB Bridal instead. They are much more inclusive and welcoming!

I am so glad I came here to find my dream wedding dress! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super kind and excited to help me find the perfect dress for me. It was so magical seeing my name on the board. Ria was my consultant and she was absolutely amazing! She is perfect at her job. She made me feel confident about myself. I had such a great experience here. It was amazing to have my friends and family there as well. If I see anyone looking for a prom or wedding dress, I will be sure to recommend this shop. Thank you so much to everyone at The White Orchid for such a great experience!

I walked into The White Orchid without an appointment last January, and was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful service. Pam was very helpful and found me my perfect wedding dress! The wedding was last October and I am still just absolutely in love with my dress

Wow! I loved it here! From the minute I walked in, all 3 greeted me with the biggest smile + my name was on their board which made me even happier. Tanya was my consultant and she was SO helpful, kind, professional, personable. I just loved her. All the girls however were so supportive and helpful. I am SOOOO glad that I decided to come here. Tanya made my experience so wonderful and made me feel like the prettiest bride. She was honest when things didn’t flatter me, honest when things did. I will recommend everyone here. Thank you for helping me say YES to the dress! ??♀️✨

I had an amazing experience shopping for a wedding dress at the White Orchid. The owner, Jefferi, was my consultant, and she chose such great dresses for me to try on. I'd shown her my pinterest board, and all the dresses she brought out were my style, but still with great variety between them so I can narrow in on what feels right. This was my first wedding dress shopping appointment, and I ended up buying a dress on the spot and cancelling my other appointments, because she found the perfect dress for me. She was also so friendly and fun to work with, I was completely at my ease. Thank you Jefferi, I will definitely recommend you to all my friends <3

Awesome experience picking out my dress! Tracy was amazing, so helpful and nice. Was overall a very fun, relaxing experience. Very impressed with the selection and as a petite person it was great to have dresses actually close to my size to try on! Would definitely recommend.

All of the ladies at the Belle Vernon location are so nice and will make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door! Tanya was such a great help in leading me to my dress. She was not pushy at all, and had wonderful suggestions for styles to try on!

If you are still looking for a boutique to find your dream dress, look no more! The White Orchid is absolutely stunning and has a WIDE variety of gorgeous dresses. Not to mention, the staff is absolutely wonderful. Krista made my experience phenomenal, going above and beyond to make me feel confident and beautiful in every dress we tried on. At the end of the day, she brought my vision to reality and I excitedly got to say yes to my dress! I wouldn't change anything about my experience EXCEPT, I could have stayed the whole day trying on dresses. Thank you White Orchid! Thank you Krista!

Just bought my prom dress there. As a plus size girl I felt right at home there. Tonya was the main consultant that had helped me. She was very kind along with the other team members that helped out as well. I highly recommend amazing people great atmosphere and great prices.

If I could give no stars I would!! Need bigger sizes in your store!! Not everyone is a size small to large!! The lady working the floor was so rude. When I told her what size we were looking for she made a face at my daughter and I. Showed us two dresses put us in a room and walked away. We had an appointment scheduled not like we walked in unannounced!! We’ll never recommend this place!! I even called into the store and told the lady how rude she was and that she needed a different job!! ??

In search of a MOB dress for my on e and only daughters wedding. The White ORCHID was my second stop. And THANKS to Tonya it was the last. She was so helpful and attentive she pulled a dress I would have never picked for myself and was the dress I purchased. I LOVE it and can’t wait until the wedding. Thanks again Tonya!! Had the most amazing time shopping for prom dress here! Definitely worth the hour drive! The ladies were so incredibly friendly and helpful, they made the experience that much better!
