They're alright unless you order online, they don't do exchange, you have to reorder and pay again. Then you have to pay in order to return the merchandise, and then it take the warehouse 10 days to process for your return. So if you can help it. Don't order from them off line.

Love it. Great place for all your football gear. Wish they had other pro shops in other locations but it is for Pittsburgh Steelers gear shop only.

We drove from Ottawa, Canada for a preseason game as my friend had a long time dream of seeing the Steelers. The manager at this store went above and beyond and did us a huge favour and as you can see it really lit up my friends face. It was a great experience and you added to it. Thank you.

I think it’s two stars cuz it doesn’t have Vikings merch and I looked it up what places have Minnesota Vikings merch and that place was popped up so I don’t think it’s worth

Wow!!! What an experience! Was visiting Pittsburgh for a concert at the stadium. The pro shop wasn’t open during the concert so we tried again the next day! So so glad it was open! Not too many customers mid-day while we were there. Great customer service! AMAZING selection of both ordinary and extraordinary items! I just didn’t have enough space in my luggage to take everything home! ??♀️
I wanted to special order a personalized jersey for a family member but couldn’t because the company they use to make them would only ship it back to the store. I was directed to try to place an order online. That was a bit disheartening…. If they can ship to the store why can’t they ship elsewhere?
Really the only thing I have to complain about (and it’s not the store’s fault) is that they do not use single-use plastic bags and have nothing to put your purchases in unless you BUY a reusable grocery bag or paper bag. To me …. This is just another way to add revenue to the store’s bottom line… but it is actually a city ordinance that doesn’t allow the plastic bags to be used any longer.

Last night at the Steeler game a man working at the exit door was beyond disrespectful and rude! He judged a situation way too quick and was going to push away business because of his own arrogant ways! It makes me not want to shop there! He should be reprimanded about his interactions with clients! Fully disgusted
