This place is great! We take our dog here all the time. She is an anxious one but she loves coming to the pet salon because she feels safe and loved there.
Appa looks so beautiful and smells amazing after her salon treatment!

We take our cat Sampson here who is a long-haired cat and he can be a little bit fussy. He always seems happy and calm when I come back to get him which is a great sign. He also is beautifully groomed and ever so handsome! Great place, and I’m glad I found them. They really care about animals.

Not only do I love this place, but my two furbabies Hunter and Ellie do also! Everyone here is so nice and they do such an amazing job with them. My furbabies are filled with energy and excitement and I feel bad everytime because they can be a bit much but they love the staff at The Pet Salon. I know they are in good hands when I drop them off.

Walked my elderly dog into the Salon for a 10 am appointment. 3 1/2 hours later they called me to tell me to bring a muzzle for him that he wasn’t complying. I said, what? This has never happened before and why has he been sitting in a cage since 10 am. I told them don’t touch him I was coming up to get him. Minutes later they called back and apologized telling me they called the wrong person and that they were starting him now and offered me a 20%discount for the stress and aggravation they caused. An hour later they called for me to pick him up. I arrived and Robert, the groomer, came out and told me Keno spilled his water and he needed to be dried off. Minutes later, Robert is walking Keno out to me with a strap under his belly helping him walk!!!!! ? I said what the hell happened to my dog??? He can’t walk?!!? I walked him in here and now he can’t even walk out of here? Still wet, still knotted on his legs, not brushed out, and 3 of his paw pads cut so short they were almost bleeding! The other pad wasn’t even trimmed. I insisted on talking to management. I was sitting on their lobby floor combing my own dog after I paid for grooming services. The one owner, who is a vet at the Greentree Animal Clinic, came out to assist me in my concerns. Very ignorant and standoffish to my complaints. Telling the groomer, Jaime who was trying to brush keno out with me to stop what she was doing and go in the back. I asked for a refund and was denied. I asked her if she as an owner would send a pet home in this condition after being groomed in her salon and she asked me to leave the premises. As I was trying to wrap my head around what just happened, an employee of the Salon was walking out and looked at me and said “ If I were you, I would take your dog somewhere else”. ? This comment shook me thinking my dog was somehow mistreated or hurt there. I asked if they had cameras in the back so I could see if there was any wrong doing and they said they didn’t have cameras. Ive heard so many horror stories about animals getting mistreated at Pet Salons how could I possibly subject my beloved dog to abuse. I had to assist my 110 lb dog to the car and into the back seat as he wasn’t able to put pressure on his back legs. To no avail, nothing was satisfied ~~ my dog was traumatized by this visit. I will NEVER return and I needed to put this out there so that others can be aware of how this business is run. Please beware of this Salon. I have photos and video of this visit.

They do a great job grooming my cat Zoey, who has longer hair. They also clip her nails for her when needed. Very professional.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is absolutely absurd. I scheduled an appointment for my short haired cat at 11:00 am and they said it would take 2-3 hours, and if he had bad behavior possibly more. I agreed and dropped him off, I then called two hours later just to check on him and see if they new about how much longer he would take. They then proceeded to tell me that they were VERY BUSY and that they had 18 appointments scheduled today and that they WERE NOT EVEN ABLE TO START HIM YET. This means that my poor little cat has been locked up in a small crate for AT LEAST two hours. I am not even sure if he has a litter box and water. I haven't even picked him up yet (because they haven't even started him and he will possibly take a few more hours), but when I do, I am going to check him out and make sure that they did anything at all. His appointment was supposed to include a bath, brush, facial, nail trimming, and possibly a colored tail. They said they may not be able to do the tail because of HOW BUSY they are. Honestly, I am fine if they don't do the tail, but for all of this trouble, he better be the best looking cat I have ever seen. Keep in mind, this treatment was not a cheap one either. It was around $130 including the tail coloring. In short, this place has no idea what they are doing and I definitely won't be returning. I will post an update when we get him back. UPDATE: After around 4 1/2 hours, we finally got our fur baby back home. He did look pretty good after we got him back though. He was not a fan of his bath, facial, or the drying process, but they said overall he did good. They had to use an alternate drying process, so he did come back a little wet. After we got in the car with him, he was shaking quite a bit, so I could tell that he was definitely stressed out the whole time. He got his tail colored pink, and they did a kind of messy job. The pink was slightly on his tail, and a little around him bum too, but I don't really care about that. I understand that it is hard to get a cat to sit still long enough to dye their tail, so they did a pretty good job with that. Overall, I think the experience was just to overwhelming for him, so I don't know if I would do it again. It also was an all day event which I did not expect. I raised the star rating up to 3 stars because the owner was very nice about everything and even gave us 15% off of our final bill. So I guess my final say is that it takes long, is expensive, and is stressful for the animal even if things do work out in the end.

They did a nice job on our long hair tuxedo cat that we just adopted from the Greene County Humane Society. Love how smooth her coat is and her nails are trimmed. I scheduled for her 4 weeks grooming session right after. Pricing is excellent! Can't wait to take her home and have her meet our kids!

I used to work therewas mold was all over the shower curtain where you're furrys were bathed, the metal cages were rusted and very little any type of bedding as All Of Your Babies Were Waiting To Be Groomed Sometimes They Would Be In The Disgusting Cages For Hours waiting to be Groomed or after. My Heart Was Broken and Times I Would walk in the back room where the Grooming was being done and the Groomers alot were not Professional and they would be Yelling at Them.

Took my dog to get groomed and this is what behind his ears looked like. They cut him!! Without notifying me. Called to speak with owner and never heard back. Would not recommend taking your dogs here.
